Remarks
The eligibility criteria to take admission in PGDM is that you should be graduated in any stream. You can fill out out out out the application form both online and offline. Once you fill out the application form, then the admission process begins with the GD and PI. After clearing the PI, you are good to go for this course.
Course Curriculum Overview
I opt for PGDM-BFSI because it gives us practical knowledge which is relevant to the corporate world. The faculties of this college are well-qualified and helping in nature. Each student gets one faculty as a mentor, to whom we can clear our doubts regarding academics. During lectures, faculties motivate us to share our thoughts and opinions to make the session more interactive. They give us cases to solve and take presentations to polish our skills. Exams were conducted on a trimester basis and questions are application-based.
Internships Opportunities
In Lloyd college there are many opportunities based on your specialization like Affinor for finance, FutureWiz for HR, Zee media for HR, Celebal Technologies for BA, and many more for various positions like Business Development, Management trainee, Research Analyst, Data Analyst, etc, Internships are both paid and unpaid depending on the company.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure of PGDM-BFSI is Rs. 5 Lakhs for 2 years, but the college provides us scholarships based on merit. I got a paid internship in Afinoz Digitalizing Finance as a Research Analyst. In case you want an education loan then also college provides financial assistance as well.
Campus Life
The life at Lloyd campus is very amazing. The college is having two campuses with greenery. Classrooms are well maintained and clean, air-conditioned, along with a library, computer center, seminar hall, etc. College is fully wi-fi enabled, 1,1 canteen in both campuses respectively. We have CCD also. Lloyd has different clubs like the grey matter club, Marketing club, finance club, etc., which are led by its club leader. College also organizes various sports competitions and extra-curricular activities like nukkad Natak, Holi functions, etc.
Interview Experience
GD topics were about Covid and online studies. Interview questions were mainly about getting to know u better, your personality, and professionalism. The interview process was quite good, first, we had a telephonic interview then we had a video call interview where they asked about our interests. They told us about their curriculum and what they had for us which can help us to achieve our goals. They gave us prior notice of when the GD and PI are going to be held.
