Appeared for AP EAMCET exam and post declaration of results, applied for Bapatla engineering college ECE and CSE courses.Dates of counselling will be declared by AP state board and there will be a fee of 1000rs to appear for the counselling. During counselling process, we need to carry certificates such as Aadhar card, 10th and 12th certificates, EAMCET rank card. Documents will be physically verified during counselling and after the counselling is done, based on our rank and category and college cutoff for the branch we applied, seat will be allocated. We need to admit in college once the seat is allocated. The admission process is smooth and not much to improve.

I had choosen Electronics and communication as I have interest in electronics. The class size is 60 and the most of the faculty are MTech professionals and they follow nice teaching methods where we can easily understand and grasp quickly. Lecturers are very friendly. We can easily approach lecturers for any queries or clarifications. Bapatla Engineering college is autonomous and we have total 2 semseters in each year and the term exams is every 2-3 months and are not that difficult.

Students are eligible for placement from 4th year 1st semester.Many MNC companies like TCS, Infosys, WIPRO,TechMahindra, Mphasis,NTT Data, IBM, Cadsys Technologies, HYUNDAI Motors, HCL, Nisum Tech, Accenture, Valuelabs, ADP have visited the campus as of 2015. Training and placement cell of college tries to get maximum number of students placed and also they show different paths such as AMCAT where we can apply for jobs if we qualify in AMCAT. Maximum 75 percent of the students will be placed by end of final year. Also there would be off campus placements.Highest package would be 5-6 Lakhs and average is 3-4 lakhs as of 2015.

As of 2011-2015, the fee is 50K per annum, and the fee structure is based on caste and category of student. BC/SC/ST students can be eligible for fee reimbursement provided by government of Andhra pradesh if we submit required documents. If we are eligible for reimbursement, then we need to pay only fees for semester exams and lab practical exams. There is no scholarship scheme as of 2015, but the faculty provides financial help to needy students upon their interest.

We have annual fest at college level every year which is named BECTAGON and there will be many events like paper presentations and quizzes, expos where students can showcase their techincal skills and it also includes cultural and sports events where it is a good opportunity for students to refresh themselves and participate in all the events.Each branch used to have seperate magazine and ' WAVE' is name of magazine for ECE branch where articles written by students will be published in the magazines and there would be tech events and quizzes which can be organized by students.We have a very big library with lot of tech journals and semester books. Best thing of college is timings 7Am-1PM.Students can spend their time in library by reading books and gaining knowledge and preparing for exams like GATE, CAT, MAT.We have very large playground and there used to be cricket tournaments.There is alumni group maintained by students where queries can be postedand which can be answered.
