Remarks

I have join in my college via concealing. I have appeared Engineer common entrance test after my diploma. Based on the rank I got in the common entrance test I have been allotted to sri Indu College of Engineering and Technology.

Course Curriculum Overview

We have 2 mid term exams with half syllabus for each mid term exam. The mid term exams was easy and we have 2 lab internal practical exams they were also easy. We have subject external exams as well as lab practical external exams. They were moderate.

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 76000 per year

Internships Opportunities

While studying the btech students can apply for internships and get stipend. From 1st year to final year all students are eligible to apply for internships. Our college also supports the students who are doing internships and gives attendance exemption to those students.

Placement Experience

Our college has good number of placements in software industry. Many companies hire in our college through on campus placements and off campus placements. In the academic year 2021-22 nearly 1300+ placements has been crossed and nearly 70% students has been placed. Higest package in our college in this academic year is 86.3 LPA ( Off campus) and 10 LPA ( on campus)

Fees and Financial Aid

When I joined in our college our college fee was 76000 via concealing and 100000 for management seats( for non IT branches). After 1 year of joining the college fee has been increased to 93000. And management fee was 120000 for non IT branches.

Campus Life

Our college organizes techno fests and cultural fests every year. Our college organizes techno fest in the month of February and cultural fest in the month of March. Sports activities will be conducted to the students who wants to play in tournaments. And library was good.

Decent college with good facilities

Placement Experience:

From 4th year 1st semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. About 10-15 companies visited our college with minimum 3 lpa. And only 30% of students are placed in the campus placement. Companies like virtuza, movate, cognizant, hcl visited our campus for placement. The highest package was 4.5 lpa and lowest was 2.8 . My plans after getting degree is work in a reputed mnc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course curriculum of our college runs under the guidance of JNTU where all the fundamentals such as DSA ,program,data base and CN also core math are given in this college divides the conceptual,lessons in 5 units .for each unit we have submit assignment unit test and also an ALP which is concentrated on learning ,mechanisam which help student revise the concept in class itself.In terms of real world the curriculum builds the theoritical, knowledge but somewhat limited exposure where students should have get internships for an industry level experience or else atleast a entry level jobs help the students to learn as well.Area of improvement include more hands- on project works and more interactive teaching methods Like case studies and problem ,based, learning. Exams are regularly for 2 mid term for semester and one end semester exam.the difficulty level is moderate and manageable with consistent and study and focusing more on understanding concepts rather than rote learning

From the 5th semester itself students are eligible for placement drives if they pay for the placement training classes , internship drives start from 5th semester and training classes go on for students every week , from 7th semester drives on different job roles start and the placed percentage of students right now is about 30 to 40 percent and drives are still going on but correct training and correct opportunities more needs to be provided

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am very Passionate about Computer Science. So I joined Information Technology which is the same as CSE. Information technology mostly offers the same opportunities as CSE in VNRVJIET. So, I preferred IT in VNRVJIET. In VNRVJIET, Hyderabad faculty: student ratio is approx 1:40 which is considered as Average ratio. Most of the Faculty are PHD Graduates but there are less number of Professors. Mostly there are Assistant Professors whose Teaching Methodology is average to Good but not rated as Better in terms of Teaching. Professors are good at Teaching but Some Assistant Professors are not as good as we expected. There are mostly newly joined PHD faculty members were there who will teach in a slow manner. Every 5-6 months we have Semester Exams which are mostly easy to pass if we have somewhat knowledge of the subject.

Review of our college

As a ews student when I applied in EAMCET counselling I got this college in first phase and I didn't want to change the college in other phases and I joined in this college with a good hope. The admission process is simple the student should qualify EAMCET now EAPCET exam conducted by the telangana government and they need to secure a good rank in the exam and they can participate in counseling based on cutoff the government allocate the student in this college and also the student can join via management quota but they didn't get any fee reimbursement from the government. Coming to the eligibility any student who have done his intermediate in MPC stream can write EAPCET entrance exam and they can get a seat in engineering colleges as they qualified in exam . The basic qualification marks in the exam are 40. It means the student should get atleast 40 marks out of 160 to get pass in EAPCET however the sc and st category students need not to secure this marks they have an exception from qualification marks....Read More
