Remarks
The admission process was very easy. Everything aligned in a row. I applied through HSTES and then I went in for counseling and my scores made me eligible for getting admission in B.pharm in Swami Dayanand Postgraduate Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences affiliated to Pt. Bhagat Dayal Sharma Institute of Health Sciences.
Course Curriculum Overview
The term exams are held every six months after every semester. As far as the difficulty level of the exams is concerned the exams have questions from the curriculum and have a moderate level that can be solved by students if they have studied enough. the teachers here are very much educated.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is very nominal. Most of the students are able to afford the fees but even there are many scholarships provided for the needy students based on their merit such as End sem Merit Scholarship, Sports Scholarship, etc.
Campus Life
Fests are conducted then and now in the university. Recently, on the occasion of Holi, a fest of colors was conducted named Navraag. The library is full of good books and one can spend a good time there. Classrooms are furnished with basic furniture, a blackboard, and podium. These are fully ventilated rooms. Once in a while Sports event is conducted by the college which includes lots of sports such as volleyball matches, basketball matches, sprints, hurdle races, etc. Hk technical is a website run by our super seniors which is very helpful to students.
Hostel Facilities
A hostel facility is provided by the college for both boys and girls . The rooms are fully furnished with bed, studytable, almirahs etc. The meal provided in the mess is so good that you won't even miss your home. Registration process is told at the time of admission itself and almost all students staying far away from college are given hostel. Dariyai Nagar, Dev colony are the nearest localities where one can go to opt for PG.
