Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I'm interested in coding and development. Ratio of faculty, students is 1:50 Teaching methods are average. There is 2-3 mid term exam in tha gap of 1-2 month and not too much hard to pass these exams.

Internships Opportunities

In this institute their is no intership opportunity , companies are not visiting the institute for any intership role for the students but student can get the intership off campus , institute helps those students in many way like recommendation letter , attendence etc.

Placement Experience

After the 6th semester students get opportunities to place in company. Many Multinational companies like Campgemini, accurate are visiting the institute. On campus highest package is about 15-16 LPA. Above 90% students are placed. My plan is to get a good placement in MNC.

Fees and Financial Aid

The students who get good percentile in there 12th can get scholarships and those students who came under reservation category can get scholarships. Placemant are quite good, above 90% students placed in MNC's. Many MNC companies comes for the placements like Capgemini, accurate etc.

Campus Life

There is a freshers party known as "jewels" organized for freshies to welcome and encouraged them and there is also an farewell party organized by the juniors to good bye their seniors. Different different sports club in this institute and also a social groups for coding, informations.

My straightforward Review of my college life

Placement Experience:

Placements in my collage are not very strong. A few companies visit, but the number is limited and the offer are also not very high . The average package is on the lower side and only a small number of students get placed through the campus. After completing my degree my plans is to continue improving my technical skills and apply for jobs outside the campus where the chances and salary packages are better.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students get eligible for placements which is from 7th semester onwards companies start visiting our college. The companies visited yet are:- Appperfect - it selected 6 students Securemeter Limited - it selected 12 students. Advaiya - it selected 7 students. There are many companies which will visit campus soon. Till now Appperfect has provided a package of 5.5 lpa. The average package is of 4 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed is around 64. My plans are of higher studies.

In the year 2014 & 2015, there was a huge scope for people in Computer Science Engineering. There were unlimted number of possibilities for a B.tech graduate at that time. This is why, I chose B.tech Computer Science course. The curriculum will help you to deal with the exams. If you are giving graduate level exams, you will be well guided for it by the faculty. There are no smart classes or good practicals examiner which we call lab technicians which causes everyone a havoc in the labs area. The midterms are the first monthly based exams that you'll need to give in order to pass your academics. After that, Practicals and then written exams.

Placement Experience:

IIIT Kota was initially running at the MNIT Jaipur which is under top 10 nits. IIIT Kota's placements faced a drastic decrement in placement percentage from 92% in 2021 to 74% in 2024, because the campus had shifted to kota in 2021. In 2023-2024 the number of offers was 140 and eligible students were 162, the higest package was of 65 lakh and avg was 13.09. Companies such as yamaha, jio, oyo, infosys, microsoft, samsung sds, amazon capegimini etc visits. Student not only dependent on on- campus, but should also be in touch of off-campanies, and in good approach with their senior. I will frequently keep applying for job interviews.
