As per my knowledge I can say that Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College is one of the best engineering college that provide placements to students regardless of their branch and average package is 4 lakhs per annum. I can say that even an below average student can be placed.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am a Computer Science and Engineering student now I am 3rd year student. As per my opinion CSE is the best branch in Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College. Most of the faculty are new joined and very few doctorates. As per examination for every there are 2 semesters and for every semester there are 2 mid term exams.

Class Size: 74Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Internships Opportunities

In Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College internship registrations starts from 3rd year. Even college faculty provide links and provide information about internships. Mostly AICTE website is used for internships.

Placement Experience

Most at 3rd year second semester placements got started and last till 4th year second semester. Mostly Wipro, TCS, Cognizant are the main companies tied up with our college and they do mass recruitment according to skill set of students. Only TCS alone give 350+ placements to students.

Fees and Financial Aid

In Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College for every Btech student the fee is 70,000 per year. And there are additional fee such as building fee or admission fee of 18,000 rupees, placement training fee may cost approximately 5,000 rupees, And mess fee per year for every Btech student is 13,000.

In Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College there exactly 2 events per year. They are Mohan Mantra is Techno culture fest when was held mostly in September and event last for 3 days and mostly students organize this event. Annual Day when is held exactly on March 9th which is Dr. Mohan Babu garu's Birthday.

Hostel Facilities

In my college there are wide variety of hostel options mainly College hostel know as main hostel where fee per year lies between 120k to 80k and another hostels which are under College management there are known as Valmar hostels whose fee lie between 75k to 58k rupees per year. There are lots of PG's whose fee lies between 45k to 70k.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible to sit in the campus placement. There are a lot of companies that visit my college including Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Quaxy and many more. Number of offers made are above 500. Highest package in 2024 was 40 lpa and average package was 5 lpa. Almost 90 percent of the students were placed. I'll go with placement after my degree.

Placement Experience:

From the third semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placements based on thier performance and cgpa or else they must be placed after four semesters in b. Tech. Many companies like Tesla, Amazon, Google, Infosys, Wipro, .. visit the college annually. Average package is of 8lakh per annum and the highest package is 60lpa. 80 percent of the students get placed at the end of the semester. My plans after the degree is to get a good job offering me a minimum 40lpa and after the will establish my own company in the market.

I had applied to other college s too, but chose this one since the faculty of this college was sound and the placement services were also good. I did get confirmed admissions from a few, but this college had more industry ties and modern infrastructure, I am sorry to say that I had to keep myself deprived of IIT because of a lower entrance exam score.
