Widespread eligibility, owing to the minimum cut-off required. I found the application form on their website, but you can also collect it at the University, in person, The admission process could be speeded up a bit.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I love Computers. 1:20 ratio, which is an amazing one! Very well qualified, but slightly old-school with their teaching. Term exams kept getting delayed due to Covid, but they weren't too tough.
Internships Opportunities
A lot of companies offered internships for coding, programming, SEO, etc. The stipends offered ranged between 3000 and 10000 INR per month. The projects offered are around programming, coding, SEO, and skill development for our placements.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible for campus placements from their 6th semester. A lot of well-known companies including MNCs approach our College and its esteemed students. The highest package in my knowledge is around 6LPA, and the average package is usually around 3-4LPA. Over 80% of students get placed in the Companies of their choice. My plan, after this degree, is to pursue MCA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees hike policy is a little strange - there was a hike of around 20,000 INR the next year. Whereas, in other colleges, the fees have been decreased due to the pandemic. Though a small amount, this fee hike was a little unreasonable and unnecessary.
Campus Life
The annual fest, UDbhav, is usually conducted in April, with excellent themes. There is a huge variety of books and journals, with multifarious useful resources. The classrooms are well-ventilated, with a brightly lit ambience. Good exposure to sports and other extra-curricular activities for those interested.
