Remarks
The admission process at Disha College is easier as compared to any other college. It takes less time for the same. One needs to get over 65% and above for applying to the BCA course. Also, if the student is from a Maths background then it should be good for the student. Other students from Commerce and Biology backgrounds may also do the course but might face some difficulty. We can find the application form and other details regarding the college from the reception. They provide all the appropriate details of the college, its admission and about its courses.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty members are the core of this college. They are very well qualified and are very knowledgeable. I feel that if someone genuinely wants knowledge, they would definitely get the same and even more than that. The faculty members constantly encourage their students to perform well not just in studies but also in other curricular activities and personality development. We can share any of the problems with them. They always try to understand things. As of Disha College, we have a yearly course of BCA but in between, we need to give internals and midterms, just like in the school we did. We also have to give pre University exams before the final examinations for our stronger preparation and trust me it helps a lot. If we have given our best the whole year, we'll get a good result at the end.
Placement Experience
I feel that just doing BCA is not enough. We just need to learn something extra every time. Likewise, I learned other programming languages other than what the college offers and also prepared for competitive exams for further studies. I feel we should also go for MCA or MBA after BCA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure is very budget-friendly for almost all the families of different classes. As I am from a minority caste (Jain), I got a national minority scholarship from the government which was easy to apply for.
