Remarks

Eligibilty- 12th with medical stream Application forms on Uhsr official website- uhsr.ac.in Fees- 1000-2000 rs Application dates- May to july There was is 50% reservation Improvement is required in the admission process with regards to fixed dates for application forms as well as the CET exam.

I chose this course because I had an interest in the profession. Student to faculty ratio is low at around 8 faculty for 200 students. Exams are not timely and are usually late due to various reasons. It is not difficult to pass if you study the whole year.

Class Size: 31Course Fees: INR 12000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There is a paid compulsory internship at the end of 4 years with a total stipend of rs 30,000. The internship is for the university itself. No outsourcing is available. Their are clinical rotations in various departments like neurology, ICU, Orthopedics, etc to name a few.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees previously were appropriate but have recently been increased. It cost me around 48000 tuition fees and 52,000 hostel fees. No scholarships or financial assistance is available. There is a paid compulsory internship at the end of 4 years which is of 6 months duration and pays 30,000 total.

Campus Life

Annual fest- Armscon. Conducted in fall. Appropriate library and reading room with availability of a variety of books. There is a shortage of classrooms and a lack of air conditioning. Sports competitions are conducted during the annual fest and there is a huge ground for students to practice.

Hostel Facilities

Minimal facilities in hostel namely a bed, fan and a table- chair. Some students are not able to get a room in the hostel due to shortage. Meal quality is average. Wardens are rude and their behavior is vile and needs to be checked. The hostel is affordable but seldom available.

For my course there is a lot componies some of like max, vedanta etc. The highest package is 7lakh-8lakh 75%-80% students getting placement After getting degree i want to work in hospital to get experience after that i do masters is my course and get specialisation

Firstly this college is well maintained and patient flow is very good as compare to other dental colleges of Haryana,I also got offer from Swami Devi dyal dyal dental college punchkula and yamuna dental college, yamunanagar and pdm dental college bhardugrah etc they are giving me very huge scholarship but at there patient flow is not good for practice as dentistry is degree of practice you have to chose that college where patient flow is good or decent...Read More

I applied to all the government medical colleges of Haryana, chose this college because of the high reputation, abundant opd and decades old legacy! It is undisputed that pgims is the best college of haryana , however one can choose newer colleges for better infrastructure. Admission into the college is based on the neet ug counseling, both state and aiq Neet is the only acceptable exam Cutoff varies yearly, however upto 9k air in state quota and 3k in aiq can get you into this college. A common entrance exam is conducted by UHSR. It is a state level exam. Question paper level is moderate.
