BGU & it's opportunities

In order to get admission to Birla Global University, you need to appear on any competitive exam such as CAT, MAT, XAT and score a minimum of 40 percentile in order to get yourself enrolled in the course or you can get admission after clearing the Birla Entrance test. To find the application form: One can get the application form from Birla's official website itself(bgu.ac.in) or from the University.

The batch of MBA 20-22 had to appear in 6 trimesters in order to complete the course but the upcoming batches won't have to appear in 6 trimesters as the university has reduced the number of semesters to 4. About the faculties: If you want all-round development of your knowledge you should surely take admission here after your graduation. It consists of the best faculties, particularly in the field of Finance & Marketing. They will make you understand each concept thoroughly & will also take extra classes for doubt clearing. Our batch followed the trimester system, so we had our exams in every 3 months but that's not the case now. Now they are following the semester system so the exams will be conducted in every 6 months time interval i.e. 2 exams in a year.

The students get eligible for campus placements only after they complete the first year of their MBA. Highest package: 18 Lakhs per annum ( Company property pistol) Average package: 6 Lakhs per annum. Top recruiters: Deloitte, ADP, HDFC, SBI Life, ITC, Federal Bank, Tata, ICICI, IDFC, Property pistol Percentage of students getting placed in the years 20-22: 98%.

Fee Structure: 8 Lakhs( Course fee) + 3 Lakhs ( Hostel fee) for 2 years. Scholarship: University gives a scholarship of 10% to those students who have performed really well in the competitive exams such as CAT, MAT & XAT etc

Birla Global University is one of the best universities in Odisha in terms of its campus, social life & infrastructure. It follows the Egyptian architecture and has planted so many trees inside the campus which makes the university look greener & eco friendly. In bgu, the annual fest is conducted in the month of March. But, every month you will find an event going on. So, students get themselves occupied all the time in different activities such as sports, cultural activities, marketing activities, etc

Bgu provides the best hostel facilities. AC rooms, Single & Double Occupancy rooms, Lift facilities inside the hostel, Laundry services, Micro oven, Water purifier, Cleaning staffs, Tv in common rooms, Free Wifi, Availability of TT board & Carrom board in common room. Provides good food & the menu keeps on changing in every 15 days. Provide meals 4 times in a day that is breakfast,lunch, snacks & dinner.

I applied through my CAT score so I didn't give any test for admission. Yes after qualifying through the CAT score I had given a GD round, P.I. & a written test to qualify for the next rounds & eventually get selected. Recent topics.
