My college review

I joined by EAMCET exam. My EAMCET rank is 31463. After qualifying EAMCET exam, I applied for counselling where I had this college as one of my options. I was allowed this college in Computer Science and Engineering. I availed myself reservation under the SC category.

I chose this course because I am interested in computers since childhood. The faculty-student ratio is good. Every student will be assigned a mentor who will guide him throughout the course. The faculty is well qualified. Teaching methods are easy to understand and practical. Exams are timely and they are not much difficult to pass.

The placement cell guides us and constantly gives us information about internships. Most of the students do internships in their final year and some do intern during 3rd year itself. We need to have knowledge in one of the job domains like em development, machine learning to crack internships.

Campus recruitment training starts from the 3rd year itself. Students get eligible for placements then themselves. Students start getting placed in the 3rd year 2nd semester and go on till the final semester. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and Capgemini hire a huge number of students from our college every year. The average package is 3.6 lacs per annum and the highest package is 41 LPA. Almost all students get placed.

The fee structure is like this. The tuition fee per year is 68000. Eligible candidates can avail scholarships provided by the government like Jagananna Vidya Deevena and others. Students can avail scholarships for whatever they are eligible for.

There are annual fests and tech fests happen in our college. They happen in the months of December and March. Our library has all the books required for the engineering curriculum and many other books. There are many sports and extracurricular activities going on in the college.
