AIET as IIT Kukas

The admission process was simple and the environment during admission was polite. The application form was given to me at the admission cell by the teacher who was doing my admission. The application form fee was 1000 INR and there were no reservation benefits.

I have chosen this course because I like coding. The faculty: student ratio is average like all other colleges. All the faculty members are well qualified and have sufficient qualifications in their own fields. The method of teaching is very good and also improves the imagination. Generally, terms exams are conducted twice during the semester.

Name of companies that visits and provides placements are Amazon, IBM, Microsoft, Dell, BKT, TATA, etc. Many projects are given to senior students to clarify tasks and to increase their knowledge of students. Instead of all these, if anyone is interested in robotics, then he can join.

During the fifth semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Generally, 8 to 10 companies visit the college each year and provide placements. The highest package provided by the college is INR 4000000 and the average package is 3 to 4 lakhs. At on average, 85 to 90 percent of students get placed every year.

Here the fee for one semester is INR 40000 and is not so costly and so cheap, so it is affordable. This college also provides scholarships, financial assistance, and job if needed. I have not gotten any scholarship because I have not applied for it.

Generally many different fests and tech fests are conducted every two months on average. In the college library, only those books related to the science field are available and none of them are based on the new syllabus. A sports function "Sparks" is also conducted every year. Some social groups like "the helper club", "the Aryans" etc which are run by the students are also active here.

The room facilities provided by the hostel are not good. There is a regular electricity power cut and water supply cut which disturbs the students living in the hostel mentally and physically. The quality of meals provided by the hostel mess is very poor and adulterated. Living in a PG is a very good idea and I recommend it to the newcomers.
