Remarks

In order to get admission the student need to clear neet exam. Neet exam is a exam of MCQ based and is of 720 marks and is based on the syllabus of 11th and 12th standard. There are three subjects namely physics chemistry and biology. Physics and chemistry consists of 45 questions each while biology consists of 90 questions. Each question carries four marks and each incorrect answer for a question deducts one mark from your total. Information regarding meat can be found on the official site of NTA.neet is usually conducted in the month of May but due to covid crisis it is a bit delayed. Fee for open students is about 1500 rupees while that for SC and ST is about 900 rupees. It is a pen and paper based paper. all India ranks are developed on the basis of the marks scored by the student. On the basis of this ranks the student gets admission in the college.

I always wanted to be a doctor save lifes of people and serve the country. On average 250 students are allotted to the college. These of the divided into a batch of 25 students. Each batch is provided with two teacher and also to mentors which are seniors. The teaching staff is extremely qualified and possess degree from a well know college. Teaching is mainly done with the help of projector and well done PPTs, illustrative, diagrams, practicals, illustrations etc. There are two term exams a preliminary exam and a final or University exam. Term exams consist a theory paper of 100 marks and practical of 50 marks. Preliminary and final exam consist theory paper of 200 marks and practical of 100 marks. This papers are held at a gap of 4 to 5 months from each other. And average student who attends all the lectures regularly and does regular study passes with ease

Internships Opportunities

Internship program is provided by the college at the end of the course which is of duration of about 1 year. During this one year the students gain knowledge and experience of the regarding job. The government usually provides a stipend of 15000 to 20000 Indian rupees to the student. Many well known Pharma companies and renowned hospitals provide and opportunity for the students to get job in the companies or hospitals. The information regarding the same is provided by the college itself. Also various campaigns arranged by the college so that the students get exposure to different kind of cases and various other techniques to treat various diseases.The hospital being large and massive there is a large number of intake of patients and hence there is more exposure for the students to different cases and it gives more experience and knowledge to the student.

Placement Experience

Student from the second year I itself allowed to go to the hospital for regular visits in order to gain information and experience. Further in later years students are provided OPD is to examine patients and give treatment. There is an intenship program present at the end of the course. It is of a duration 1 year stipend of 15000 to 20000 rupees is provided by the government. This amount may vary with the experience and knowledge of the given student. There is an average rate of about 95 percent of passing rate of the college. Well known Pharma companies and renowned hospitals take the college students for job purposes from directly of the college. Jobs is also provided by the government itself to work in the government hospital and also the students may be reported as professors to teach the students in the college. After completing my MBBS I would like to complete my further studies of MD and MS and like to get admission in the same college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for open students on average is 1lakh 11 thousand rupees while for OBC students it is about 94000 rupees. SC and ST students have a fee on average of 10000 rupees. The college itself provide scholarship for the students which is inturn provided by the government. Details of the same can be found on the official site of mahadbt.com. the college also provides information regarding some external private or government scholarships for which the students can apply. Other cost rather than the fee include the cost of the books and the required equipments which include stethoscope, Apron etc. Books and the required equipments are provided at the co-op store present in the in the college itself which gives the books and the required equipment at a discounted rate to the college students. Internship is done at the last year in which stipend of about 15000 to 20000 rupees is provided by the government

Campus Life

Bjgmc is known for organising one of the most well known fest for example respirare, Vedant etc. Various clubs are organised in the college regarding to different subjects like photography, poetry, story writing, singing, dancing, sports etc. The books and journals a provided itself in the college at the co-op Store. The books here are given at a discounted rate to the students of the college. The classrooms of the college are massive and have proper sitting arrangement proper ventilation and are well lit. Each classroom is provided by a projector and x-ray viewing display area and 2 blackboards. A separate ground is provided for the college students for sports activity. A badminton court is also included.LFU is one of the major social group of the college that provides education to the needy and the poor and helps them to get to their dream college. There are various social groups present on the different social sites of college. Koyal is one of the many groups present on social sites

College don't offer any placement. 5.5 yrs mbbs includes 1 yr internship in which interns are paid 18k for month. While after mbbs you have to do service bond in rural areas in which dr.are paid 80k month.
