Remarks

Eligibility: Minimum of 50% in 10+2 is required to enrol in the BTech course. The application form can be filled out online as well as offline but I would consider enquiring about it in offline mode so you can get a better idea about the college environment and everything. there are no reservation benefits. Not everything is easy and quick in the admission process in offline mode you will be have to fill the enquiry form and then the counsellor will be provided and you can enquire your queries than can decide if it is the college for you or not.

Course Curriculum Overview

Btech cs is the currently best growing and high demanded course in the industry and after this course, we can land in various positions like web developers, software engineers, system analysts and much more. The best part of this college is its faculty there are so cooperative as well as knowledgeable they are just the best and the student ratio is just perfect in each section its around 55-60 students. Faculty and all professors are knowledged and helpful to us they never fail to teach us their best they explain the topic in Hindi and English as per students' asks and give us notes as well. Exams are taken accordingly to the academic calendar and exams are tough but if you have studied well you will pass them and get a good GPA.

Internships Opportunities

TCS, Wipro, cognizant, and many well know and mnc offer internships as well as placement to students. Student gets many projects such as project ERP management, college site management system, and much more.

Placement Experience

From 3rd year campus placement starts. so many companies visit campus placement such as Wipro, cognizant, byjus, TCS and many more tech related companies There are 60 out of 35-40 students who get placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are appropriate for the facilities, environment, and tutoring provided. And because out of 60 students 45 students get placed because their campus placements are the best so every penny is worth it. There are many scholarships there are scholarships based on your 12th class percentage and there are government scholarships as well you can enquire about scholarships to counsellors.

There are so many events to attend like Utkarsh, Ganesh Chaturthi and so many little events to engage with as well as showcase your talents and skills on the campus. There is a huge variety of books in the library and books are available in good quantities. Akhilesh das Gupta stadium is one the best stadium in Lucknow which is inside the campus and match like Ranji trophy is played and ipl practised in stadium too. There are so many clubs to choose from like aksh dancing group, singing group, robotics group and etc

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Likes

Environment is good, the overall environment is calm
The hostel is good, it is hygienic and provides regular maintainence
The campus feels quiet safe and have good security with strict regulations

Dislikes

The network connectivity is not up to the mark
There are very less number of cultural events taking place in this college
Hectic study schedules which leaves no time for extra curricular activitoes

Placement Experience:

Placements of thos college is quiet good Many big companies provides internships and placements This year also quiet many students got placed TCS visited the campus for hiring Average packhage is 15 lakh per annum

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

Life at SRM.

Likes

A good and friendly environment on campus where students from all around nearby cities and states stay together in harmony.
Interactive classes and faculty is also very supportive.
The campus has all basic facilities from food to stationary.

Dislikes

The food may sometimes be not very good.
The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

I liked the faculties of my college they are very supportive and helpful towards the students.
I like the curriculum which more learning based then theory

I don't like the attendence system of our college it very hectic to students
There is lot of focus on exam in my college which I don't like
Syllabus are not updated in our college we are studying very old things

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for this course because I want to be a software engineer. I chose my course because it was well-informed, and my interest was also in this field from the start. The faculty members and platform were also quite good for nurturing personal skills and making one a skilled and disciplined person in life. I wish this course would focus more on practical things rather than being theoretical. Events, fests, and the campus environment are also very good and pleasing to the eye. Connectivity was also easy from all around the world due to its location. Scholarships were also awarded to almost every student.

There are very good and highly qualified Faculties for each subject.
There is lot of clubs and groups which give exposure to the students.
Location of College is best in Greater Noida

Dislikes

There is little busy management and take time to respond query.
Highly busy schedule of college timings.
There can be delay in examinations from its expected date.

Placement Experience:

Placement in GCET is one of the good In greater Noida colleges. The average package of this college is 4-6 L.P.A. Companies like TCS, J.P Morgan, Josh Technology, L.G etc visited every year. Mass recruiters like wipro,infosys,capegemini also visited every year. About 85% students every year placed from the college. After getting degree my plans are getting very good placemnt from this college.

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

Unveiling Campus Life and Academic Excellence

Likes

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

My story is that I was giving NEET exam and I took a 3rd drop in which I scored 6:37. But could not get an MBBS College. I was short of around 11 to 12 marks. So I decided to pursue BCA. And by the time my neat result was announced, many BCA colleges. Outside of my hometown, Lucknow were already full. Or they were. Very pricey and costly. So I thought that should I should do my BCA in my hometown and I was looking for colleges. So I shortlisted two colleges that is Amity University and BBD University. And due to my good grades in 12th and 10th I got admission. In both but the Amity university was not giving me any scholarship and it costed me almost double the amount as BBD University. So I took the. Admission in BBD University. And the rest of the colleges were also good, but from. My relatives who are studying in other colleges, they gave me very negative reviews. And so I talked to the seniors. Of the respective colleges and I heard that BBD is a decent college, but don't expect any placement from BCA course. So I thought that for a graduation. Best engineering college in lucknow

I applied for galgotias university and chandigarh University but according to me this college is far better than those if students are coming from other states or district. This college is fully active for anti ragging and this college doesn't allow any kind of discrimination. Also this college provides a lot of events. As compared to all other colleges in lucknow, bbd University exam level is average than others, students can easily pass the exam if he studied average. Admission process is very easy in this college; Student have to go in admission cell , have to fill the form and submit the required documents such as original 10th and 12th marksheet.
