Entrance Preview

I passed G-CET Examination as a entrance examination for MCA. I selected this college because,here each faculty is dedicated to teach students well and make them understand what students are learning.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course structure is designed by University. However each faculty teaches well mannered that students get interests i each subjects and topics.

Placement Experience

Placements is limited to Local companies only. Job opportunities are not satisfactory.

College Events

During college we celebrated almost all the events and festivals which holds during college life in other colleges. I also get participated in many events.

Fee structure is feasible.

No scholarship facility However upon request college can provide fee facility in parts.

Campus Life

Gender ratio is less in MCA. Ratio would be 10:02 (Boy:Girls) extracurricular activities, sports, competitions etc would be held by college once in a year.

Hostel Facilities

However there is no any hostel facility available there.

Some senior students are helpful. However no any official alumni network in college we students are in touch via social networks.

Placement Experience:

Usualy placements are held in last year and in some courses last sem consists of Internship. So for MCA students placements starts at Sem-3 and Internship starts in Sem-4. Big campus often visits campus like Google, Microsoft, Oracle and so many more.

Life of LJ University Students

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are average.At the time of admission they told us that 100 % placement is there. But only 30% got placed from our college. Many companies visited for placement. The highest package was 12 LPA - 18 LPA , company name rtcamp.

The reality of GMIU

Placement Experience:

There are placement available but experienced people are saying that they sends you in the waiting list but never calls and if they call you then they make contract of 11 months and then you know... From the second semester you are eligible for campus placements. There are many companies who came but not made an offer but I'm not allowed to tell you that. Around 40-50% are getting placed. I'm currently interen at Meetanshi so I'm planning to join them in future.

Placement Experience:

Students became eligible for placement from 3rd semester. And some companies like BBD and differenz were there for placement i.e. around 25 other companies. The average package for stiphen was 7000-12000 and for salary was 15000. Also 80% students got placed from campus placement but only 10% got the job through it.

Remarks:

Some of the staffs are not good in the student section. In normal days you can sit in the reading room for only 8 am to 6pm. Some staffs are rude, some staffs have attitude that they are of BE teachers which is better than MCA, lol.
