Remarks

The course eligibility is to do class 12 with a minimum of 60 percent marks in the PCM branch & it is mandatory to have 55 percent above marks, especially in core subjects like physics chemistry and mathematics. You have to go to the college administrative cell for admission, there is a website of college for admission from where you can only book your seat but for admission you have to go to college. As I am from the general category so there are no reservations for benefits for me.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

This course has a lot of opportunities, and you can make your carrier in good IT companies with this course, so for all these reasons I choose this course. Most faculties have PhD & Mtech degrees & they all have good teaching skills, and also they have good experience of teaching. Exams are not very difficult, an average student can pass the exams with good marks. Class tests are held three times a semester.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

There are a lot of companies that visit college for providing internship opportunities mostly they are paid, and for an unpaid internship they take exams and the selected students got the unpaid internship. The companies like Internshala, Appsquaz, Wipro, Tata, provide internships in collaboration with colleges. The roles they offered are data entry, content writing, application testing, etc.

Placement Experience

4

Students got ready for the placement after completing the 7th semester. They have 75 percent in every semester, and also they have internship experience. The highest package from my course is approx 8 to 9 lacs offered by Tata, and the average student who got placement are 50-60 per cent with an average package of 4 to 5 lacs per year. The companies that always visits the campus are Tata, Wipro, TCL, Samsung, etc. The roles that the companies offered are marketing manager, content writing, software manager, etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is fixed all the semester, there is no hike in fees after taking admission. The college also provides a different scholarship for which they take an exam, according to grades they provide scholarships. Government scholarship is also available for economically backwards students whose family income is below 3 lacs. There is a special scholarship for girls also. The bank is also on campus which provides financial aid to the students.

Campus Life

4

The campus experience is one of the best experiences, Colleges have a big campus, and they provide all the essential facilities to their students, like free wifi, cameras for security purposes, and also they have a big sports ground. The classroom is also equipped with the latest technology facilities like a smart board, digital learning assets, etc. The tech fest like summer symposium & cyber information held at the university level, in which anyone can participate and put their views, the college also organises the cultural festival, for eg colours fest, deepotsav fest. Tmu cricket club is very popular.

Placement Experience:

If the CPGA is good and have good skills then campus placement is almost confirm, but in recent situation even campus placement has become hard. Mass hiring companies with 3.6lpa are becoming more prominent. 90% sitiing in placement are placed and average is 9 lpa for CSE but lower for other courses. If unplaced then I will apply off campus while studying for GATE.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Official Curriculum: Good What was actually taught: Just horrible We were taught pre-ANSI C in the first year We were taught outdated DOM APIs in WebDev classes that were deprecated and strongly recommended against We were taught Java 1.8 instead of modern Java and a lot of times the teachers insisted that the syntax I used was incorrect even when the code was compiling and running in front of their very own eyes with the same syntax in place.

Course Curriculum Overview:

IIITL placement stats r v.good that is the only reason i took this college. And also it is a growing college so in future hope it is also good in fests and cultural activities as well. Areas of improvement is the tecaher student interaction as the teachers and directors r not interested in what students do, so yaa that thing and also the fests they suck. Exams all good nothing to change.
