First of all, to get admission to a medical College one has to clear the NEET-UG exam. The admission committee sets certain minimum marks and one is eligible only if he/she gets more marks the minimum marks set by the government. Once he/she is eligible he/she can participate in the admission process at 2 levels one for the All India Seats and the other for the seats of their respective seats. The application form for All India Seats will be available on the official website nta.nic.in from the dates announced by the admission committee. For State quota seats there will be different sites for different states. For Gujarat state, the application form will be available on medadmgujarat.com. The fee for the application form are very less it will be within 100 rupees. Various seats are reserved for OBC SC and ST categories.

The medical profession is a very noble profession where you can get to save the lives of various people and help them to live a healthy and better life. Doctors are one the most respected persons in society and that's why one can dream to become a doctor. In our college, we have well-qualified professors who have completed MD or MS in their respective subjects and are very helpful to students. Their teaching method is very nice they used to teach us with diagrams, relating things with daily life, and with group discussion which are very helpful for better understanding and to remember things for the long term. Our course is based on the CBME curriculum in which we have 4 exams which are held at regular intervals and one can clear exams only when he/she has learned very well during the year. One should have the very good clinical knowledge to clear this exam.

After completing our studies various internship opportunities are provided. All students can do internships at their desired places. College is having its own hospital which is one of the biggest hospitals in our city. The qualified students are offered internships there. There is very well exposure to patients in hospital and students can get very good experience there. There are also given a very good stipend. They are given 20000 rupees per month which is one of the highest salaries provided among Gujarat state medical colleges. After completing one year they are given 80000-90000 per month.

Our yearly fee is 3,25,000 rupees which are very expensive and a student belonging to the poor family cannot easily afford it. In our college, we have to pay fees in 2 intervals of 6 months. There are various scholarships provided by the government to help poor students afford fees and get educated. There is an MYSY scheme under which all medical students who come under their income criteria can get a scholarship of 2lakh rupees per year. There is another scheme called kaniya kelavli in which girls can get scholarships of extra 4lakh other than MYSY per year. After completing the course the college provides internships to all qualified students in which they give 20000 rupees per month as their stipend.

The annual fest of our college is AURA which is held every year in the month of October November. It is a very large event which lasts nearly a month. It includes various sports activities, literature activities, and various fun events. The last 3 days of the event are major and one day there will be DJ night another day Garba night and the last day final day there will be the main event in which numerous students participate in various acts like dancing, singing, drama, ramp walk, and various other events. Now about the academics, we have a large library where mostly all books are available which we can read. The new research and activities in our field are also regularly updated and kept in the library so we can easily know about them. In the classroom, 150 students can accommodate easily and classes are fully AC and with a projector. Various sports and extracurricular activities are held in which students show immense interest. There is a Student's Committee which helps students solve their problems.

Our hostels are very nice. In one room there are mostly 3 people staying together. The rooms are well furnished and have all the necessary things. The rooms are big enough and spacious. It contains a separate wardrobe, study table, bed and also study lamp. It also contains a large mirror. There are various AC and NON-AC rooms according to the needs to students. The rooms have attached washroom and washbasin. The rooms and washrooms are cleaned daily. The hostel is kept very clean and hygienic. The food provided by the mess to all hostel students is of very good quality. It is tested first and only healthy food is given to students to take care of their health. The menu is changed every month which is decided by the students. Fruits and good quality milk are also provided. The hostel fees depend on the type of room. The AC rooms are charged more than the normal rooms. The average hostel fee which also includes mess charges is 80000 per year.
