GAIMS:A Take by a student

My main reason is to help people, and the way a doctor can remove pain from a person is quite intriguing. The curriculum prepared you for almost everything that gets thrown at you. The teaching methods could include more practical based learning in my opinion The exam frequency is quite right and are of moderate difficulty but it is right as to make people study hard.

We pay fees semester, MBBS has 9 semesters so we pay around 3.3 lakh for tution and another 40k for hostel each semester. There is an 20k deposit for hostel and 5k disciplinary charge if any violation is found. There is 5k university fee for exams MYSY can be availed for student having income less than 6.5 lakhs. SC and ST categories student can avail Freeship card

The college has quite good opportunities for socialising, We have Aura our main college fest held in September usally. We celebrate ganesh utasav for a week almost during ganesh chaturthi. We also celebrate janamashtami. We have sports week where we indulge in all kinds of sports and have a quite competition there.

We are given a bed, cupboard, a desk and chair for studying. We have general bathrooms and toilets. The mess quality is quite okay, it is nice but some days are really bad, it gets quite monotonous after time as the menu changes once a month, we get breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner

Inapplied to almost all the other colleges in Gujarat, according to my cutoff list I got this college. Choosing this college was due to its fees it's less than many other private colleges and it better than other as it has quite a reputation. I got rejected from all the government colleges as my neet score was less then the cutoff for theirs

There are usually around 3 faculties in a department, it can be more or less depanding upon the need. All faculties are quite helpful and are very easily approachable, There are 2 internal exams 1 prelim and 1 university exam. There are also term Ending exams in respective departments. There of normal difficulty

I appeared for Neet in 2021 in which I got 495 marks out of 720. The syallabus is of 11th and 12th science. It's an MCQ based test taken all across india,. Tobe taken by college is decided on your marks and merit list. The admission process is quite complex and does require some help and thinking to fill your list of colleges

Usally at late night we can meet at OAT it's an area in campus with a canteen which open till 10. We have a college gym which is quite old but the new is currently under construction. We have a great canteen named silver cool which sell very nice tasty item which all the varieties. Hostel timings are 6 in the morning to 10 in the night. The locality is quite safe to roam around
