The admission process was taken by josaa counselling, and the cutoff for the sc category was 36. Yes, there is reservation benefits for a category like sc/st. There was also a reservation for girls students. the admission process was very smooth so I don't think there is a need for improvement.

I choose ceramic engineering because it was unique and found in only iit bhu. This branch has large scope around the world there is a 1:4 ratio of faculty: student. The quality of education is very good. there is 2 exam during one semester and it was not very tough to pass. you can easily pass if you take notes of what the professor is teaching you.

Companies like Microsoft, Google, Oracle, American express offered the role of sde and companies like Flipkart, the factual analysis offered a role of analytics, mu sigma and Oyo offered the role of a data scientist. some projects like making an application or website like google meet and Microsoft teams are made by students.

All BTech students are eligible for placement after the 6th semester. Microsoft, Google, Cisco, Amazon, Flipkart, Deshaw, Goldman Sachs, oracle, uber, ola etc all the companies visited the campus. and in the current year, we got 100% placement in just 3 days.

there is very fees hike for students. for sc/st students tuition fee is totally waived. and for other categories, if your family annual income was <1 lakh, then your tuition fee is fully waived. if your family income is between 1 lakh to 5 lakh, 2/3 of tuition fee is waived.

our annual fest is KASHIYATRA held in the month of January -February. and tech fest is TECHNEX held in march-April. there are over 2lakh books and journals available in libray, the social life of campus is very good.. there is many cultural club like if dance club, imc music club etc . and many sports club also

hostel room consist of fan, tubelight , there is one cupborad , one study table and bed. the meal quality is very good. it is said that iit bhu had best mess among all iit. registration process is held on official website, if you wana rent a room then hyderabad gate is best
