Application as such, I was selected under open category I opted for that this is the only govt college in vijayawada.
Course Curriculum Overview
I studied Microbiology, Biochemistry and Chemistry, Acharya Nagarjuna University Curriculum. I find it very structured ad useful. Syllabi and Practicals were useful to prepare for PG entrances. I got a good rank later due to thorough study at this level.
Internships Opportunities
VIMTA labs from Vijayawada came. I did not show interest as i wished to study further. However, they gave me an opportunity to work as an observer for a few days to understand their labs.
Placement Experience
There is career and placement cell, which was run by the college committees. They invite companies for college. Beside there is Jawahar Knowledge Center which teach IT and communication skills. Additional course completion and MOOCs are encouraged to increase career opportunities.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Very nominal fees were charged for all the courses. As it is compulsory for SFC (self finance courses) to pay university prescribed fee i paid a bit more than the normal course students. However quite cheaper and affordable for poor students. No donations and building funds were collected.
Fees and Financial Aid
No loan is required for UG courses however for PG courses, normal bank loans were offered. I got post-metric scholarship and fee re-reimbursement for first year during the course.
Exam Structure
Of course I felt them chilled out though they were hectic as I enjoyed my curriculum. Practicals were conducted individually by practicing the protocols. they were fun to prove the inferences.
