Entrance Preview
No entrance exam is required to get admission in BSc Plain. I wanted to take admission in Bsc Computer Science for which my father paid 35000 INR donation. The college administration took 35K but didnt allow me to go for BSc Computer Science.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum was average. Teachers were not very highly trained or they never shared there knowledge. There were always this tendency of getting the job done in either way and not in the best way.
Internships Opportunities
There was no intern ship. Atleast in my time. Never saw any intern roaming around. We never saw any intern in the physics lab or chemistry lab and never even hear people talking about it. I guess there was no internship program in our college. Although we hear that there were some temp guys who use to work in the lab and give lectures. But they were very pathetic.
Placement Experience
Placement used to happen very irregularly. My brother studies from the same college and he got placement in a pharmaceutical firm as a Marketing representative MR. But in the year 2010 there were no placement companies on the campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
There were some scholarship thing I saw couple of times. But i was not a very studious student so sorry folks I cannot share any details about it.
Campus Life
We use to have singing competition dominated by female students. No sports activities. There were some fashion show although now I question there existence. Not sure why it use to happen what clothes or body are they trying to sell.
Alumni/Alumna
There was no alumni network. Senior students were mostly busy flirting with new girls crowd. That's what i did in my senior years. There are some facebook pages where you can come and hangout but i think such initiate should be taken by the college.As there are many facebook group but people are vaguely distributed.
Exam Structure
Semister - 1 mid termpractical exam before final term, Semister - 2 final termExam was of 50 marks each. Proper seat arrangement were done by the staff.
Faculty
Faculty was very helpful. They also predict who is gonna pass and who will stand behind. In my case it was the later. But guess what i passed with not many flying colors.
