Remarks

So, the course eligibility is that the 12th cut-off should be 75-100%. Actually, l managed to get into R.M.K Engg college through the counseling process. Because I had a good cut-off. That cut-off percentage made it easy for me to get into any course I would like to. Finally, that's how I ended up in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I chose mechanical engineering. To be honest, I chose this course over computer science engineering which my family thought wanted to take. The reason is was scared to take computer science engineering was because I never had any kind of knowledge of programming language. Coming to the faculty members regarding this mechanical course, they are really brilliant. Most of them are upto finishing their Ph.D. which I found more interesting about them. The exams are conducted in a timely manner.

Placement Experience

4.5

As I said, there are more campus placements opportunities. Students get eligible when they are in the 6th semester without any standing areas and they should have scored more than 60% in all semesters. More top IT companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Infosys, and Capgemini would visit R.M.K Engg college. Overall more than 80% of students get placed in IT companies.

Fees and Financial Aid

I got into this college through the counseling process. The fees structure here differs from counseling to management. It mainly depends on the particular course you took and its the tuition fee and also it's the online course material they gonna give. This college has got more campus placement opportunities and having gone through those opportunities finally I got placed in a service-based IT company with a package of 4LPA.

Campus Life

4

There are more clubs and groups. During the first year of college, you will be juggling many new experiences: new friends, new living situations, new activities, new classes. While a lot of these new experiences are exciting, they can challenge your time management skills and academic adjustment.

The placements are very good in CIT. The placements usually starts in third year itself , so students get more exposure and internships. The training for these are very good , it includes aptitude, technical skill and also training for soft skills.
