Remarks

After Completing my 12th Academics from Velammal,panchetti.I applied for Government Counselling (Engineering).In that I got RMK ENGINEERING COLLEGE. For Non-Tamil Nadu students only management seats are available in our college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Coming to faculty members in our department there are more than 3 Gold medalists.Our staffs are very good and very friendly in clearing our doubts and giving good knowledge about our career.They are very humble.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 55000 per year

Placement Experience

This year in our college more than 120+ Companies which are good Companies like Tcs Cts Accenture amazon Infosys Wipro Hcl etc.salaray 3.5 to 25 lpa.More than 70 percentage of the students got placed in 2022.

Fees and Financial Aid

Coming to fees structure our tution fee will be 55000 and coming to mess fees it will be seperate as 17000.whereas coming to placements I got placed in CTS with stipend of 12000 per month.There will be scholarship for First graduates.

Campus Life

There will be Culturals at the end of the year which will be simple.All Books needed are available in library and latest joirnals.Sports are much Encouraged in our College especially for Cricket and Volleyball.

Placement Experience:

There are companies but the companies that were told that the good ones, they didn't come so much.. only a few companies that gave a package above 5 lakhs came in for my department.. the rest of them were either 4 lakh package or below it was not very good. even the 1 or 2 good companies that came tehy came for electrical.

Why SRM is better than other collages.

Placement Experience:

So from 6-7th semester they offers placements before that we have placement training in campus.So highest package for 2024 was 45 to 50 lpa,good offer given by amazon and other company also.So the average package is 7.5 lpa and highest package was 50 lpa.so 925 application are accepted in last 2 monts .My plans to get job and then after 2 years may be for higher study or startups.

The curriculum of each course is different and it is followed by the guidance of Anna university, we have several topics and it is under the regulation of 2021 respectively, I feel this easier to learn and there comes an opportunity to do what we learn in theory hour in our laboratory hour it will make more connected to our course, but there is lagging factor that is we are far away from the modern world and we need to put effort to compete with. The exams are not difficult and the frequency of the exam is quite manageable.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 3rd year for placements and also who don't have standing arrears ,if they have standing arrears the clg management will remove them from placements and also the Placements are very poor . The average package is 350000/year . And the maximum package is 15L Last year nearly 100 students out of 180 in cse dept are non-placed , they are forced to write higher studies letter and submit in college . Even though they won't help for any placement side.
