GP Bhagalpur- My experience

The course is eligible for those who have passed matriculation and got merit listed in the annual polytechnic entrance exam held by DCECE. The application form can be found easily online. The application fee is Rs 100. Application dates are between August- September. The DCECE should aware of the delay in their proceedings for the exams and must follow its predetermined schedule.

I choose polytechnic civil engineering because it's on-demand in the modern era. It is today's need for any kind of development directly or indirectly. Faculty: Students is 20:1 There are two types of faculties here. One is permanent and another is temporary. Permanent teachers are highly experienced and well knowledged. On the other side, temporary is also well-knowledged and is full of enthusiasm. We enjoyed both. They are friendly and some close teachers are always ready to help us on call or any digital medium. Term exams are held every 3 months. Every 6 months a semester exam is held at a center in the same district. Exams are somewhat difficult to pass for those who don't attend class daily. The teachers and their guides are enough to get the exam passed.

The fee is nominal for students from any class of home. But due to inflation every year 7% of the fee hikes occurred. So the cost of the study is affected a bit. But overall it's a good college for students for getting trained and get a proper job. The SBTE board under which college runs has a program for poor students under every college. They can grab upto 40% of their net fee. So it gets easier for them to survive in the city of Bhagalpur and continue their study. I was passed a simple exam in the college after the session ends and got placed in ADANI Co ltd. I was a stipend of Rs 2.5L PA with this company. But here con is that the number of selected freshers are very low in compared to the number of students. The college must improve this part to get more good reviews

After every session ends there is a ' Dikshant Samaroh' organized every year. This happens so enthusiastically. Moreover, an annual fest before summer is organized on the college campus. Most polytechnic students take part. The fest is based on Anga culture, History, Modern Smart Bhagalpur city, and its development. These are performed by group Drama, music, and dance as well. The classroom is big enough to contain more than 60 students at a time. There is a central classroom equipped with all modern and digital gadgets like projectors, smart chairs, Ac, etc. Sports is another big focus where the college is good. Under Bhagalpur sports federation every year the college students take part in different sports competitions like kabaddi, cricket, etc in the ' Sandish Compound'. There is a student activity chamber where students gather and discover the problems inside the campus. All agree over any issue and get to with the principal collectively.
