College memories.

The college food was not so good. The level of competition was good and the telnet created by faculties was very useful for future. The college management was awesome, the Director, the staff, the faculties were very helpful. The director when required used to conduct extra lectures and also the peons were very helpful. At the time of admission the college staff helped me and provided me with all the forms required to get the admission.

CET, 230, Rizvi college had good campus placements, excellent faculties and also good studying environment.

The curriculum was good and appropriate for every student to be used in future. Curriculum was appropriate as per the specialization choosed by students. Also there was a session carried out by Rizvi college as which student should choose which specialization.

The internship was a good experience. I was working with an investment bank for 2 months and worked on project of Money laundering. The ways to put control on the money entering the system by money laundering. General stipend offered in 5000.

The placement was good, out of 100 students 70 to 80 students were placed in campus placements. Companies like Crisil offered 5 lacs, Nomura offered 3.2 lacs, Globeop offered 3 lacs, Tranperent value offered 5.2 lacs, Citi bank offered 2.4 lacs, ING vysya bank offered 1.5 lacs, HDFC bank offered 4.6 lacs and lost more for finance, HR, operation, systems and marketing students.

We had celebrated lot of events, on the first day of college we had an event to prepare a business proposal and sell it to the senior students who were playing as investors, the group who had the best proposal and maximum amount on money invested wins the event and every student had to participate in that event. Also there were specialized events for finance, marketing, operations and HR students, for finance students the event was Shinaps.

Fee is 1.5 lacs per year. Which is feasible as per the curriculum and faculties. The amount of money spend on computer lab, Industrial visit, Convocation, sports and cultural events etc.

Not aware of any scholarship facility offered by college. But college would provide bank letter so that we can avail loan from banks for college fees.

The campus life is memorable. Gender ratio was 60% boys and 40% girls in finance whereas 80% girls and 20% boys in HR. The night parties at PG's, the college group presentations, Group discussions and group activities etc. In college there was no gender discrimination or facilities according to economic status. Every student was treated equally and given same facilities and equal opportunities.

There was no hostel facilities for PGDBM course but the students can avail PG facilities in the near by area of Khar as Bandra area was very expensive. Therefore the 3-4 students together used to rent a house at Khar danda area which was affordable.

We have alumni meet every year where we meet our batch students, senior students, junior students and also other alumni where we can meet with them and create network with them. The alumni meet is from 6 pm to 11 pm.

As we were getting practical knowledge also with book knowledge the exams were easy to appear as students were made every concepts clear with the help of practical examples.

The faculty was excellent. The finance faculty was one of the best faculty also the faculty provided practical knowledge. Also Rizvi college was known for its marketing faculty as it was awesome.
