Remarks

In TMU, there was not any entrance exam for admission. I got a 15% scholarship on the basis of my 12th and 10th grades. But for Madan Mohan Malviya institute of technology, I gave an entrance exam and also got qualified for admission, but due to family problems, I could not go there to study.

Course Curriculum Overview

My term exams are always on time and I have prepared for my exams very well and try to achieve good marks but it's a tough call to prepare the whole syllabus for final exams as a minimum of five units are always there in the syllabus to recover.

Placement Experience

Teerthanker Mahaveer University there is a separate panel which are organised placement activities called placement drive the students who are in their final year can participate in this drive and can get placements of approximately 7 lacs of package. The company which visits teerthanker Mahaveer University are Infosys and TCS and I being a final year student wishes to get placed in TCS as it is a multinational company.

Fees and Financial Aid

My college fees is very high for engineering courses like BTech and BCA proximately 64000 for 6 months for engineering courses which are the collaboration with TMU like Inurture and IBM. Aditya mein courses like visit simple Artificial intelligence specialisation and computer science those fees are 56000 for 6 months like others courses in teerthanker Mahaveer University which are not in collaboration with other companies like artificial intelligence course computer science course are cost for 56000 for 6 months. They provide scholarships on the basis of 12th and 10th grades or if you have given JEE mains or advanced examination on that basis they provide scholarship for students .and if you belong to a Jain community then they will provide you 50% scholarships on your course.

There are many techfest which is done in teerthanker Mahaveer University and many other cultural events also and this like they've organised a convolution event also for Jain community and for other students also. There are a lot of events done in teerthanker Mahaveer University. Their students engaged not only in studies but also in other curricular activities and also in sports the students who belong to sports background. The library is always available for students and there are a lot of books not only on the syllabus but also on other things and other examination books also.

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Good Faculty : Faculty are supportive to your carrer growth they will provide guidance whenever you needed...
Campus Facilities: Infrastruture,labs everything is up to date accoding to the current need of the present.
Curriculum: Up to date industry oriented syllabus .

Dislikes

Strict Rules: rules are somewhere more stricter for college id,entering and exiting time .
Crowded classes: some classes are crowded sometimes
placement competition many students participating in the placements.

Placement Experience:

At NIET Greater Noida students becomes eligible for sitting in the placements from the 7th sem, with placement preparation starting earlier . Companies from IT sectors and others are visiting college. In my batch time the company that comes are JP Morgan & Chase , Razorpay, Juspay, TCS, Cognizant etc.

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

Likes

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

I like the Teacher behavior and attitudes
I like the Sports curriculum , they conduct sports event monthly
I like the admin office, because it always neat and clean

The hostel and mess food is not good as expected

If you are BTech CSE student , you dont need to worry more because they invite good number of companies to take placement , but you need that particular skills to get placed. Almost 40 to 50% student got placement for an average of 4.5 LPA

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

Actually i didn't apply for any other college because TMU is nearest and well reputed university from my hometown. The admission process different for uttar pradesh students they have to qualify an entrance exam but in case of outside uttar pradesh there is no entrance exam conducted for those students.
