Observations and experiences

Admission process was quite smooth and it was easily done without any such haste, there is an entrance exam conducted which helps you get a seat in the college. The application dates could easily be found out at the official website of the college, it is updated at regular intervals, the application form could be availed at the admin office of the college situated inside the campus and you are helped with any query by the faculties present there. There is no such reservation benefits but yes there are scholarship forms available out there for those who might are underprivileged and face insufficiency to afford the fees, with few documentations which are clearly stated once you apply for it in the college, you can avail it. Exams are conducted twice per semester, one are the mid semester exams and the other is the end semester exams. The admission process according to me is pretty decent and easy to understand by everyone.

I chose the course because of I was interested in the management field and I found Bachelor's of Business Administration quite a good course suiting my interest area. The faculty student ratio in VSICS is quite decent. The faculties are mostly highly qualified and skilled in their specific areas of teachings and their teaching method is very professional and up to the mark, they help in any problems related to studies plus they make studying interesting by quoting the concepts with some real life scenarios, the term exams were very timely, was somewhat disturbed due to the Covid outrage otherwise it was very much on time and it was not so difficult to pass it, it depends totally on the pupil, on his/her studying capabilities.

Internship opportunities are available but since it was a Covid situation so it was not as much availed by the students as it could have been. Our batch faced a one internship only because of the lockdown and not much knowledge to do remote internships during early semesters. So yes, it might go well again when the situations are good and the role we were offered there in Redmi Pvt. Ltd. was that of a sales and marketing executives, and were provided with a stipend of 5K for 2 months. Our role was to convert novice people to the application into leads i.e to generate leads and guide them about any query faced by them regarding the usage of the application and to maintain healthy relations with them , basically customer relationship management.

The training and placement cell of the college works in an very effective manner. A student is eligible for the placements or to sit in the campus placements from his/her second last semester of the course applied for. There are several companies that visit or approach the college for placements such as Wipro, Capegemini, IG international, Jaro education, Policy bazar, Cloud Shope technologies, Golden technology etc. the annual salary depends om different companies and their job roles. There has been a decent percentage of students getting placed in the companies , I also am planning to get ace the placement of the companies and get placed in one good company which would nurture and justify my skills.

The fee structure in my college is also easy to understand and follow, you are guided manually also about the fee structure despite it being printed on the fee book, the fee has to be paid every 6 months i.e. with beginning of every new semester. It is 21,500 per semester for the course BBA. As mentioned earlier also there are scholarship opportunities available that any student can avail who are not so privileged financially to afford the mentioned fees, the process is simple and the results are fruitful, my friends have experienced it by themselves. As I am still pursuing my course so I am not placed yet but I have done an internship provided by the college and it was a good one , helped in gaining good knowledge about cooperate world and how to deal with it.

There is the annual fest named 'Srijan' which involves numerous activities, broadly divided into two : literal events and cultural events having dance , singing , ad mat, extempore and the list is long! There are different teams which are different departments in the VSEF family. The winning team in every event is awarded with trophies and certificates, also there is 'Fun Fiesta' that is one another event where one learns the practical application of the theoretical concepts learned and win awards, there is a sport event 'Energy' where sport enthusiasts show up their skills and give a tough fight to one another. The amenities in classroom if fine for a educational atmosphere, also there is proper ventilation and space. The books of every course are available in the libraries itself which could be issued at ease. There is also one social activity club known as 'Abhivyakti' which help serve the society in a decent and helpful manner, and learn the values and preaching of life.
