Entrance Preview
There is no entrance test as such except an interview with the director of the college.St. Joseph evening college is one of the oldest and famous institute in Bangalore and I choose this institute because my father was an alumni.
Course Curriculum Overview
The Course is 4semesters long and every semester has 5 papers and the final semester has 5 papers and a project to be submitted.There where 4 options for specialization offered by the college and many more offered by the university. The options are HR, Marketing, Finance and General Management.
Internships Opportunities
The college doesn't offer an internship as such cause the final semester project is a research project much like a thesis so no internship is required
Placement Experience
The Course is a weekend course and most people doing the course but the college is ready to help anyone who needs it in getting placed. There is a dedicate team for this and a lot of companies like HP have a regular campus drive.
College Events
The College hosts a lot of management invents and also campus requirements for the student.The sister colleges host the best events and entry is open to related colleges for free.
Fees and Financial Aid
Loans for the college would be available without any problem with Indian Bank and I do not have any Intel on the scholarship but the college will be able to help with that.
Campus Life
The University is run by Jesuit Brothers and is related to many big colleges all over the world. So the faculty and campus are of international standards.
Alumni/Alumna
St. Joseph alumni are well connected and names like Rahul Dravid come in the list of famous alumni.The seniors and classmates of this course are working professionals and are very helpful.
Exam Structure
The centre for Pondicherry university in Bangalore is Jain College in Jayanagar and the timings of the exam and gaps in between exams leave pleanty of to be really well prepared.
Faculty
The Faculty is a team of lecturers who have industrial experience of many years and they do not hesitate to share the negatives along with the positive.
