I have given CMAT (Common Management Admission Test) to take admission in MCA ( Master of computer applications). This exam is compulsory to take admission in master courses. Application fees are approx 350 Rs. We have to fill application online mode.
Course Curriculum Overview
Masters of computer applications is the course in which one has to make a carrier in the emerging field of IT Technology. All the Faculty of our institution is highly graduate and had done their Ph.D. in respective fields. In terms of the Exams, there is one internal and one external examination in one semester. Anyone who had done their study carefully can pass the exam with ease.
Internships Opportunities
There are so many companies especially local companies visit there for internship as well as for job opportunities. Stipend is around ?6000-15000. There is company project in 4 semesters in which students have to work with compaies
Placement Experience
From 4 semesters i.e. last semester students are eligible for campus placement. There are around 30-35 Companies visited last year for campus placements. Around 60% of students get placed in campus placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees of one semester are 25000 i.e. per year 50000 which is affordable compared to other colleges' fees. There are some scholarships like digital Gujarat etc but this scholarship are only for reserve categories like OBC SC ST SEBC. There is no scholarship available for GENERAL Category and this is the biggest disadvantage for general category students. Companies visiting college to offer job opportunities give ?6000-15000 stipend and starting salary between ?20000-35000.
Campus Life
There are different festivals in university like Youth Festival etc. There are so many libraries available i.e. Department wise libraries and there is one main library of the university. The classroom consists of projectors for study. There is no modern technology available in the classroom and the projectors are also not up to date
