BIJU PATTNAIK COLLEGE- DREAMS TO DEVELOP

I have completed my Bachelor Degree from Biju Patnaik College of Hotel Management and Tourism. This helps many of the students to achieve their dreams. So many students established themselves.

Hotel Management is the best course to earn and make independent. Most of the students are boys and a few girls are also there in my batch. Faculties are the best and highly educated and experienced. Term end exam is very strict but If one had studied hard then it is very easy to qualify.

The internship is very good. Most of the students are going for It to the various regions of India. Some are in Front Office, some in Accommodation Operation, some are in Food and Beverages Service, and some are in production as the choice of individuals.

From 1st semester we are engaged in Hotels and Catering Services. Our Theory class is for six months and practical is for six months. So many big Hotels like Ramoji Film City, Golkunda Resorts, Trident Groups, Taj and Oberoi Groups we had done our Internship. 80% of students are now well established in Hotel, Tourism and Airport sectors. I have done 2 years job in Leela Continental Delhi, and after that, I left the job.

In 2005-2008, in three years there is an amount of two lakhs twenty five thousand is the course fee. Another amount of 10000 had also taken for an extra NCVT Course. Yes, financial assistance is there for sure to help the poor and economically backward students.

Every year Ganesh puja and Saraswati Puja had held in the College. Raksha Bandhan is one of the best things for Biju Patnaik students because every year we visit Nabin Nibas to tie the Rakhi as a symbol of love and blessings. Our college had a great library and so many helpful books and materials regarding HM and Tourism. Yes, we do Annual Sports and cultural programme once a year. Biju Patnaik Catering is one of the best Catering Service Provider in Bhubaneswar at that time.

I am living in the hostel of Biju Patnaik College. There is an amount of 30000 that have to deposit for a year. The rooms are very good and the facilities are there. Our hostel building has three floors and around 200 students live there. There is also a girl's hostel.

In my time I have taken admission directly after my +2 science. Just they verify the documents and asked for some information about me. So I don't have to prepare so much. The admission procedure is just simple and easy.
