Remarks

Basically , one has to appear for NEET exam which is an all india examination. To get into this college, one has to score a rank below 9000. Then, one has to go through a counseling process conducted by MCC and then a person is allotted the college according to their rank. The application fee is Rs 1500 for general category candidates .

Course Curriculum Overview

4

I chose this course because I always wanted to be a doctor because it is such a nobel profession . The faculty: student ratio is roughly 1:10. All the teachers are qualified doctors who have now taken teaching as their profession . The teaching method of the teachers is very student friendly and the teachers are really nice and helpful amd knowledgeable. 2 term exams are held which includes one mid term ex and 1 final term exam , these are held at a duration of 6 month. Also, every week , a weekly exam is conducted .

Internships Opportunities

3.5

As such no company comes to hire students. But all the students get to do a 1-year internship program in their 5th year of college, wherein, they have to work in the hospital affiliated with the college. In our case, it is the RBM hospital which is 10 mins away from our college. The interns lie a stipend of Rs14000 per month

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure can be divided into 3 categories Govt seat - 55000 Mngmt seat - 7.5 lakhs NRI seat- 14 lacs per annum The cost of studying in this college is quite high if you include the hostel and mess fees. We get a stipend of Rs 14000 in the 5th year during our internship program

Campus Life

3.5

The name of the annual fest is EGNIS and it is organized by the students of the college, this year it was held online due to lockdown. The library is really good and you can find all sorts of medical-related books there. The classrooms and the labs are well equipped and the instruments are also in a good condition. The college has a page on Instagram by the name of EGNIS. There is a lack of extracurricular activities and sports in this college due to the lack of courts.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The hostel facility is nice. We have got a kitchen, a balcony and an attached washroom in our room. It is a double-seated room. The yearly fee is Rs19000 per person. We can install our own AC but we have to pay additional charges for it. The mess is really good and is operated by the students. The quality of food is really nice and the menu keeps on changing according to the student's reviews.

Other Applied Colleges

MAMC , DELHI | MBBS

Because I could not get the rank required to take admission in this college

We became eligible for placement after internship. Till internship,we don't have any choice to work anywhere else unless your family own a hospital. After internship,we can join a hospital as mbbs doctor or we can opt for examination like NEET pg or UPSC CMS or M.O. Highest package is 1-2 lakhs per month Lowest package is 50000 per month Percentage of students getting placement -80% My plan is to qualify neet pg and get a high ranked course .
