Remarks

The entrance exam was conducted by the university for admissions of the courses MCA and MCM. The exam was of intermediate to hard level, and the cut off was 47 out of 100 marks. Eligibility: You need to be a graduate in CS background and should have Maths as your subject in 12th standard. Application Form: You can get all the details of the college on the official website of the university itself. The Department is awesome and provides the best placements to its students in the industry.

Course Curriculum Overview

MCS is a technical course. Since my bachelor was in cs, I want to continue in the same field, so I chose this course. The ratio of the faculty: student is 1:10. All professors are Dr. i.e. PhD holders with more than 10 yrs of experience in the teaching field. Exams and internals are taken very seriously and on time.

Internships Opportunities

Roles that are offered are junior software developer, Software developer, android developer, python, java: language specific developer etc. Companies hire you on the basis of your skills, problem solving abilities etc. The projects that you work on during internships are real world and give you in-depth knowledge about the technologies. Companies give you training first, and then allocate you on live projects with a very good amount of stipend.

Placement Experience

After 3rd sem, students can sit for placements. Nomura (Internship) : 50k/month. TribeTayling (internship) : 45k/month. Accolite: 8 LPA. LoveLocal (internship) : 35k/month. ByteAlly: 6LPA and many more to come.

Fees and Financial Aid

Since the college is running online, you need to pay only tuition fees. Otherwise, including hostels and tuition, it will cost around 1,20,000. In university, there are all scholarships that are given by the state government and central government are applicable.

Campus Life

Generally, the annual fest is conducted in December. The Library of the college is very big, and you'll be never short of books. Since the department itself is CS, everything in the department is so advanced. PCs, Printers, Projectors, Benches, everything is of top quality. The college is ranked among the top colleges for sports and extracurricular activities In this College, students run the cells like Placement Cells, Alumni cells, Sports Cell etc

Not a dream college but a real one

Placement Experience:

The placement scenerio at our caollege can be described as average overall. Most recruiting company belong to the banking and supply chain sectors. Marketing students generally have better placement opportunities, while finance and HR students do get job, though the package are not very high. Buswiness analytics has limited scope as very few companies visit the campus for the roles in that domain.

Promising campus with room for better faculty.

After sem 4 we get final placement companies in the campus there are total 200 plus companies come to the campus till september to november almost 35 companies already come to the campus. The companies are ICICI, HDFC, RISHAB WORLD, INSYNC, DENSTU, ITC, BHARAT ELECTRONICS, CORDELIA CRUISE, MORNING STAR, NOMURA, NYKA, NAUKRI.COM. the highest package was given by a company name bharat electronics for HR specialization is 12 lakhs per annum. Almost in my time there 35percent get placed. I plan after degree is first 3-5 yrs in corporate lufe then after own business.

I did choose this course as I am genuinely interested in management and if it is healthcare management that makes me excited. There is a different teaching faculty for each and every subject. The faculties are highly qualified market professionals and experts who teach in an extremely interactive and practical way. They are very supportive. There was one exam conducted per semester which included projects and written exams.

No such bad remarks though. As the college is very superior and one can take admission with complete ease as the college faculty, staff, workers are very helpful and there motive is very clear and remarkable. Good post graduate program with strong cirriculum

Remarks:

Overall, I would say that I think this is a very unique course being offered by SP Jain and they are very strict with the submission timelines and quality of work. This is definitely is not a run off the mill part time MBA. The institute makes sure you sweat to earn your degree, respectfully!
