Course Curriculum Overview
PG Diploma in labour law gives an advanced education about labour related legislation and the changing industrial situation. Throughout the course the students are acquainted with business trade unions and public sector, legal profession etc.
Placement Experience
About 90% students get placement from the university. TCS, Tata and other companies visit the campus. Students can work as labour welfare officer, legal analyst, compliance specialist etc. The initial salary may vary between Rs 3 LPA - 10 LPA.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total fee of the course is Rs 5,000. Additional charges are taken from non MKU students as Rs 300.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college gives scholarships to 90% score holder students. Scholarship amount is also based on caste facility and students family income. There is GOI scholarship for international students and CICS scholarship for the students in International Cooperation in Science.
Campus Life
MKUDDE degree holders are eligible to compete in government exams. It has excellent library for the benefit of the students. Among other facilities, amenity center, canteen, health care center, fitness center, counselling center etc are available.
Hostel Facilities
The institute has women's hostel blocks which are named as Kurinji, Thamarai, Malligai etc. These blocks are well furnished with modern infrastructures.
Admission
The college prefers direct admisson for this course. Eligibility criteria is graduation that is needed.
