Nettur Technical Training Foundation in Bangalore is a reputed institute that offers unique programs related to the Mechanical field. I opt to join here for Diploma In Tool Engineering & Digital Manufacturing. The basic eligibility criteria is a pass in Class 10/ Class 12/ PUC/ Vocational course. There is an age limit of 24 years to join this Diploma.

The Diploma Program is a 3-year Integrated program with Multiple Entry-Exit Options. 3 Certifications are awarded by NTTF after each year is in 1st Year: Mechanical Fitter, in 2nd Year: Junior Tool Maker, and in 3rd Year: Diploma in Tool Engineering & Digital Manufacturing. The course curriculum involves Workshop operations with hands-on training, Using hand & machine tools, Drawing, Design using Fusion 360 software, Manufacturing of tools, Troubleshooting, CNC operations, 3D printing, etc as the major course content.

Placement Experience

Good placements are offered. Pre-Placement Talk, Collection and handing of CVs of interested candidates to the recruiter, Selection process by the recruiter and Informing the final list of selected candidates for Placement by Recruiter to NTTF are the major steps in the Placement process.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The course duration is of three years. The fee Per Semester is INR 33,000. The total fee come about INR 198000. The reserved categories and economically weaker students are given fee waivers.

Exam Structure

The timely conduct of the exams is the peculiarity of NFFT. Semester exams are the main ones. Along with there are intermediate exams for both theories and practicals. Students are continuously evaluated during the whole program in both academics and extracurriculars.

Admission

Students will be able to achieve proficiency in the three-year integrated program. Interested students can join for this Diploma after completing their SSLC or PUC or Class 12. They will have the option to take a break after completing their 1st year or 2nd year and resume their studies again.

The faculties are the best. The course is the epitome of a good syllabus and students are given good exposure to the technical field. 70% practical training on the shop floor and 30% theory are given. For this, the faculties are contributing a lot. I could not forget them in my life, They were such good persons.

Placement Experience:

Students from the second year itself undergo basic placement training. Students from the 5th sem are taken care of seriously by training and guiding them for better development of their carer. Any student can attend any company's interview based on their eligibility criteria. Most of the companies like Toyota, Royal Enfield, Wipro, Mando, JSW, Bosch, Bharat electronics, Thasmai are hiring students of our college with suitable packages. About 40% of the students get placed on different companies based on their performance and about 30% of students will go for higher studies and remaining are self employed.
