PEC Review

I have applied for Malineni Lakshmanaih College. I Din't like the behaviour of the staff their and there is no proper infrastructure facilities. I have not availed not any quota for admmission. There different quotas available in our college if necessary. Like General quota, Management quota, Sports Quota. The admission criteria for the program is EAMCET qualification and 12th pass. Minimum qualification marks in EAMCET. Above 17 years. The candidates will be called according to the ranks secured by them in EAMCET. The candidate who secured hihgest rank will get the seat first. The candidates will be taken according to the number of seats available.

The choose this course because it has a more practical way of approach and more exposure to the Technology culture. I found that this course will help me in gaining a job easily. The faculty and student ratio is 1:13. The faculty is Qualified is very qualified. All the faculty have a Dual Ph.D., Ph.D.'s, and Post Graduation in their respective subjects. The teaching method is very amazing and in practical way. The experience of the faculty helps us in understanding the concept easily. The faculty provide all the necessary notes and materials to understand the concept easily. There 2 semesters per year at a time interval of 6 months. Inbetween the semester we have 2 mid examinations and internal practicals. Moderate difficulty. It would be easy for the one who studies every day and are determined.

There a only a few internship opportunities provided in our college . Only a few people will get internships witha stipend of around 5000 to 6000. The projects will be related to coding or manual testing or depending upon in which course you study.

The students who are in the third year are eligible for campus placements. Training will be provided to attend the placements.A good number of top companies visit our campus every year. The number of companies ranges from around 30-35. The number of offers depends upon the companies requirements for their future needs. Top companies like Wipro, Infosys, and many more visit our campus every year for placements. The highest package will be around 7.5 lakhs to 8 lakhs and the minimum is around 2.5 to 3 lakhs per annum. The average salary is around 4lakhs per annum. The jobs offered are entry-level jobs. It always depends on the company needs and the course you studied. The percentage of students getting placed is between 75-80%. My plan after my graduation is to get into a reputed company with a good package.

The fees depend upon the course you prefer and get. For my course, it is around 40,000 per year. The examination fee will be separate for each semester. The cost of study will be around 2,00,000 for 4 years including books, examination fees, and tuition fees. I did not avail of any scholarship but there are few scholarships available at our college. Jagan Anna Vidya Deevana Scholarship scheme. We get Good IT companies on our campus. Most of the top-rated companies visit our campus for placements. The roles will depend upon the companies requirement. Most of the jobs will be entry-level jobs. The Stipend will be 30,000 to 40,000. A few internship opportunities will also be provided with a stipend of 10,000.

There a lot of cultural fests organized in our college like freshers day and annual fest. It would in the of June and march respectively. All the books are available in the library. The Journals are available every day. The books will be provided to the student. The students can take the books from the library and return them after use. Each classroom has a projector and good amenities. NCC and NSS is available in the college. A lot of activities are done by the students of the NSS and NCC. A few clubs are run by students like the Coding club and the Photography club.

The rooms are a bit congested. Beds are provided to every student along with cupboards. The rooms are a bit dirty. Thw washrooms are common for everyone. There is no plug point facilities in the hostel. The quality of food is average. The menu changes every week. There is no fixed menu. The register for the hostel is done on the counseling day itself. The fee for a hostel is different it ranges from 25,000 to 30,000. I stay in the nearby town in a rented flat. The expenses range on the number of people sharing the flat. Expenses range around 5,000-15,000 per month with all the facilities.
