Entrance Preview

Maharastra CET, MCA was the most suitable as i always want to excel in computers. i score 94 percentile. The College admission experience was very good as the Head of Department helped us with every detailed information. After a short interview they were very much excited to see me as their student.

Course Curriculum Overview

Every subject that was selected in my curriculum was very updated to the latest technologies. They were very effective for the jobs in the organisation. Learning technologies c, c++, Data Structures, java, net, Oracle were very good to learn academics which not only help us to grow technically but also develop problem solving attitude.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, college provided us the internship. Some small scaled organisation to IT giants like Symantec came to college for hiring for internship position. Some paid the students for internship.

Placement Experience

From my 60 students batch 35 students were placed in the span of 6 months after the completion of our MCA programme. Symantec, Atos, Syntel Inc., Thought works, MAQ software etc. I was selected in 2 companies Atos and Syntel. Atos offered 2.25 LPA and Syntel gave 3.0 LPA.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure was not expensive.Even compared to other good college the fees was relatively less . The course fee is 70000 per annum for general category. As you know getting scholarship is not very easy for such students & also has to face lot of competition even for that. Sometimes ,educational loans are also available.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, Educational loans are available depends on the bank who are providing such loan. The interest rate is also very less.

Hostel Facilities

There is one girls' hostel complex also, with a couple of Wardens.Talking of the boys' hostels, almost 80% of the first year students are allotted double rooms and the rest 20% are given single rooms. This allotment of hostel and rooms is completely random, irrespective of disciplines.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Exam Structure

The exam and the labs were very good. All the latest amenities were equipped . The exam halls were spacious and full of lights and always gave us a positive thinking during the exams.we really enjoyed during the exam days. The experience was very good.

Admission

I got admission to the college through the Directorate of technical Education online process as i opted the college in my first option. The Process happened for a month. The preference of the college was in the first five, according to my score i got the college easily.

Faculty

Every teacher was like a guru in the field of their skills, they were very supportive and kind to help us anytime. We were in trouble may be before exams or in same small assignments. I cherished we got an opportunity to learn from some great teachers.

Reality of College

Placement Experience:

Placements are Normal in my college like, Freshers get less package like 2.4 LPA but they get placed as I have listened from seniors. Like I am in first year now I dont have much knowledge about this.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Talking about the courses which chhatrapati shivaji maharaj University provides are good they almost provide all the courses students have choices which course they want to choose. From my perspective all the teachers should improve their teaching method because csmu teachers don't teach students well. Exams which is held usually after one and a half month of college starting is of 1 hour duration and our semester exam duration is 3 hours and exam level is average students can score well in exams.

Placement Experience:

Highest package that company offered was 5LPA and lowest was 1LPA . 99% students got there placements from ASM IMCOST college which is a great thing . Most of the college struggle to get placement . My plans after getting the degree is simple just work and enjoy my every moment

First I apply in zeal college of narhe and I goated electronic and telecommunications engineering branch but in second cap round i alloted in marathwada mitra mandal college of engineering karvenager for mechanical engineering. In this college mechanical branch is best and this college is in top 120 position for mechanical engineering in Pune. I rejected first alloted College for this college. Zeal college faculty and teaching method is very bad that whay i reject this college. Very simple admission process of our college. Faculty heelp to student to fill the form on or other information in admission process. The size of all the branch class is 60. My words about MMCOE

As I mention before I also applied for mitwpu for mechanical engineering department but the main reason behind choosing the mmcoe college is the fees required at MIT is pretty higher compared to mmcoe and as I consulted with my teachers I got to know that the mmcoe delivers better knowledge with minimal amount of fees. As I came from the Chandrapur district the college I was offered there has not records for placement and teaching that's why I choose to come at Pune.
