It is a govt institution and it is within my hometown. i felt it would be recognizable if I study in a well established university.The university conducted a separate entrance for MBA and there was a Group discussion and personal interview. Personal interview mainly focused on our interests.

1:8 Ratio, All the faculties are doctorates and all of them use smart classes to teach. Semester exams will be conducted twice a year. Credits system is used to measure the students knowledge. All the faculties are well experienced with wide knowledge of the subjects.

I was offered to do my internship in Aravind eye hospital madurai. I didn't receive any stipend for internship. I was given the role of HR trainee during my internship.

The students are eligible to participate in campus at the end semester. IDBI Bank was one of the company which offered placement for us. I have already completed my pg and now I am pursuing my doctoral programme in Anna university chennai.

When I was studying the program was regular day scholar program. The fee was about 25000 per annum. Now it is a residential program with 50000 per year. They were providing scholarships for backward class students. I got selected in IDBI Bank for project with a stipend of 13000 rupees.

I don't remember the fest conducted in the department when I was studying. We have a very big library where all books are available for the students. We have separate library for department and one central library inside the university campus. The amenities in the department are computer lab,smart classrooms, library and conference hall.

I am not a hostelite. I am a day scholar.i belong to same locality. But there are separate hostel for men and women. Separate mess for both. Hostels are named by tamil flower names. I don't know the procedure to get a hostel. The quality of room and menu is average. But the whole thing is affordable.

I had an entrance test for admission. The syllabus includes aptitude, verbal reasoning, English, management aptitude and general knowledge similar to TANCET exams. The topic of Group discussion was Disinvestment of public sector from Neyveli lignite corporation.
