Entrance Preview
Basically my admission was done based on gujarat board results not IITJEE, though there was a way that one can also get admission via IITJEE. Reason behind selecting this college was that the professors here are much educated, I mean almost all have masters degree or Ph.d. And was not interested to go to any GTU college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course structure is good but is not upto the mark, something like some subjects which are not necessary were included and focus on the subjects is not in much detail which has to be improved, atleast though if we learn one subject less but whatever we learn should be in detail. Otherwise course outline is good which is similar to that of other universities.
Internships Opportunities
Until I know college did not provide internship, students have to search for the company on their own and yep the help can be provided if student is interested for the internship.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is what I feel is expensive, as the GTU colleges are having fees nearly of 60k average but our college fees is 100000 which is pretty high. They are not providing the facilities as what fees are they taking. Only advantage here is faculty, else nothing like paying such a huge amount of fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
Actually scholarship is not provided by our college, but I have heard of loan facility for the good students I mean toppers is provided, though I do not have much idea about it.
Exam Structure
Exam structure is continous assessment, that is we have 2 quiz for 15 marks, 1 mid semester for 30 marks and 1 end semester for 40 marks which is pretty good structure. Sometimes we do have a surprise quiz also. In this continous assessment system student has to go through what have been taught daily to get good grades.
Admission
I have gone through ACPC listing, I mean based on the rank in ACPC I got selected for the college in 1st round itself. There are basically 3 rounds so that if you do not get the college one want one can apply for the other rounds so they might get selected.
Faculty
Faculty is what is the best part of this university, keeping disadvantage of not having play ground or a huge campus, faculty clears all the disadvantage of the university. Though some of the new faculties which are selected are not that good, but its fine when u know that 70% is best .
