Parala maharaja engineering college PMEC, Brahmapur, counseling to undergraduate courses are made through JEE main. No, I didn't avail any quota for admission. Its criteria is done by counseling.

Course Curriculum Overview

Because I wanted this branch. Faculties are 960 and the student ratio is 2216. Qualification of the faculty is B.Tech, M.Tech, Ph.D. & good teaching method. 3hours were term exams and it was very difficult to pass.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 74000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Nalco company and mechanical roles offered under internship with stipend. I did carbon area departments projects and very good outcomes to clarify the task. I have done 1 month of internship in this company.

Placement Experience

8th sem students become eligible for campus placements. Vabani industries company. I have visited and 1 offer was made. 2 LPA packages as per the company and profiles offered. 30% of students getting placements, I want to do the job after getting the degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees hike policy is applied for those who have TFW and the cost to study fee is 75000. Prerana scholarship is applied for sc, st, obc students. NO Financial assistance & job I got on campus with stipend.

Campus Life

The name of the annual fest is Exuberance and in February month they are conducted. All branch-wise books and journals are available in the library. Ac in classrooms&volley, cricket sports, and dance, music clubs are available.

Hostel Facilities

Average facilities provided in the room. The average meal quality and the menu are good, Registration process for the hostel & affordability are done semester-wise. Sitallapalli in the locality but I didn't rent any room there.

Placements are definitely there for coaching centres in my branch. Many big and reputed coaching institutions like akash, byjus etc came for recruitment. More R & D comapnis can be included. the nterview process and the packages were decent for the role offered.

The technical background and future influenced me to choose this course. The preparation for real-world applications or further academic pursuits are average. Theres no fair improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The frequency of the exams are 2 sem exams and 4 quiz in class exams. Parala Maharaja Engineering College BERHAMPUR is a very good college for B.Tech in the branch like civil and electrical. I opt for civil because I have a interest in civil engineering. The college has a better infrastructure and better faculty in civil that’s why I chose civil and this college has better infrastructure than other colleges like Indira Gandhi institute of technology Sarang. It is a better place than what I have explored in this four year of my study. The faculties of civil engineering are very good. I opt for civil in this college because of the infrastructure that is better than the other colleges. The admission here is very simple. You have to submit the documents that you had uploaded at the time of counseling. The additional factor is that the aspiring candidate must have passed 12th grade and have appeared in JEE Main exam or OJEE Exam. After this the next process involves applying for counseling of OJEE. No I don't apply any other colleges my first preference is this college which I got admission. I choose this college because it's nearby my home town and the low price of fees structure.
