Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was tough After HSC your exposed to anatomy physiology biochem etc. Takes a while to get a hang of these indepth knowledge Need to read again And again.

Internships Opportunities

Compulsory rotatory internship of 1 year In all departments medical and surgical, Also casualty posting Rural posting Developed interest to choose orthopaedic as my career choice during orthopaedic and casualty postings. Stipend was 2000 per month during our time.

College Events

During mbbs we celebrated annual college event, Participated annual events at sion and KJ Somaiya hospital. All medical colleges students participate in each others annual functions Participate in sports such as cricket volleyball chess tournaments carrom etc. Cultural events singing competition, dance performance and fashion shows. Best college gets award in respective category for best performance.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure feasible During our time Open category Free seat students paid 60000 yearly, Paid seat students paid 100000 yearly Medical college teaching is expensive.

Fees and Financial Aid

No knowledge of any scholarship or loan facility offered by our college during our time Present status not known By management used to send us to other college-Hospital in other states for academic or sports events and all de expenses were taken care by the management. Including travelling, stay food.

Campus Life

Excellent campus experience Male to female ratio ws almost same. People from all parts of de country Delhi Jammu south. We all jelled together Had cultural programmes Sports events as part of annual college function.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities in our college were good, FreeTwo students in a room, Mess food was nice especially bhendi Bhaaji. No rent No mess food charge During on call we were given food given any time in case v get late during emergencies.

Alumni/Alumna

Recently we celebrated our alumni after almost 10 years, Super fun to recollect our medical college memories. Those late night studies Sleepless nights during emergencies Heavy patient load in opd and hw v deal with it. Many of our seniors are our colleagues nw in respective fields.
