Everything about Nalanda Engineering College , chandi

i had applied for BIT MESHRA college to do my civil engineering after my 12th standard but can't do that because i didn't scored too well in my jee mains exam , also the fees for btech was around 13lacs that is quite high . i applied for admission with EBC and OBC certificate and got little relaxation in the cutoff marks. The admission criteria were to apply for the state councelling through jee mains marksheet, minimum marks required to get admitted in the college is around 75 marks in jee mains for obc and 24 years of age. after getting college in the councelling, we have to appear in the college at chandi with caste and 12th documents to confirm our seats.

I took maths after 10th because i was interested in maths, after 12th i dreamed for iits , but finally, i got admitted to NEC civil branch. it's an interesting subject (civil) The faculty at the campus motivates the students to do something new and extra, i got a positive environment in the campus and from teachers. there are 35 students on 1 teacher, so its 35:1 students teacher ratio. Each and every faculty of NEC are well qualified they are efficient in their teaching methodologies. The use of regional language makes it more comfortable. we have 3 exams per semester, the exams are scheduled in May, September, and February (final ) , you have to study effectively to maintain your CGPA throughout the year.

For each semester, you have to pay one-time fees of 38,000 + some additional charges. you have to pay these fees before the beginning of your semesters in the college, there is no facilities for any fees installment, you have to pay one time. fees hike is around 1000-2000 per year, but this is okay in terms of facilities available at the campus. There is a scholarship of 1000 per month for the students if their family income is below 5 lakhs per year. The scholarship is provided by the Bihar government through the college administration.

The annual fest on the campus is ATISA and PRARAMBHA , there is a lot of fun in these annual fests , celebrities are invited every year during the fun and we have music nights , glamour ramp walks , sayari samay , etc during the fests . They are conducted in july and December respectively . The college owns a small library , where different books of engineering are available to read or take to home . classroom are fully equipped withs fans , windows , bulbs , bench , desks and a white boards . cricket , kabadi , badminton and other games are offered in the campus as a means of extra curricular activities . There is a student union in the campus , little bit ragging is also seen in the campus , we have to call sir to our seniors.
