Remarks

The admission criteria for this program, you must have done 12th in the PCM branch and at least have above 60 percent average in physics, chemistry and maths aggregate. One can take admission by two processes: 1- Jee mains. 2- Direct Admission through management quota.

Course Curriculum Overview

This course offers opportunities in both technical as well as government fields. Faculty members are highly knowledgeable also some of them are gate qualified or from any IIT. Every week we have to give two quizzes which directly affect our internal marks. And the level of question is from easy to high.

Internships Opportunities

College provides training in 1st and 2nd year end. Which is paid(we have to pay) Through companies like IBM in many fields like Machine Learning, Artificial intelligence, VLSI, Embedded Systems, IOT, Java, C++, etc.

Placement Experience

From the 6th semester, the company starts visiting the campus for providing placement to students. Many companies visit our college like Wipro, Infosys, Paytm, Congnisent and many more over 50+ company visit here every year. The highest package in 2019 was 27.5 lakh.

Fees and Financial Aid

For Btech student fee is near about 1.10 lakh/ year. And the average package is near 3.5-4 lakh/ annum. Government based scholarship is available for poor class backgrounds student. And almost half of the fee is refunded if you get the scholarship.

Campus Life

Freshers Party and two tech fest is organised (gantavya and abhivyakti ). Gantavya is conducted in October or November whereas abhivyakti is conducted in February month. Much of the books are available in the library but the opening timing is a bit less. Cricket, football, badminton, basketball etc. Games are available to play. Almost every type of club is available, dancing, singing, acting, robotics, technical, etc.

3rd to 4th year students are eligible for campus placement . companies name microsoft,TCS,WIPRO,HCL,colagate, etc are of some and they give hich to high packages. shruti owmer get the package of 49 lakhs ,microsoft give this offer to her . about 20 percent students are getting jobs from here according to there capabilty. my plan is to get degree and work in japan as AI engineer.

Jaypee is good enough when compared to other private colleges.

Placement Experience:

If the CPGA is good and have good skills then campus placement is almost confirm, but in recent situation even campus placement has become hard. Mass hiring companies with 3.6lpa are becoming more prominent. 90% sitiing in placement are placed and average is 9 lpa for CSE but lower for other courses. If unplaced then I will apply off campus while studying for GATE.

Official Curriculum: Good What was actually taught: Just horrible We were taught pre-ANSI C in the first year We were taught outdated DOM APIs in WebDev classes that were deprecated and strongly recommended against We were taught Java 1.8 instead of modern Java and a lot of times the teachers insisted that the syntax I used was incorrect even when the code was compiling and running in front of their very own eyes with the same syntax in place.

Course Curriculum Overview:

IIITL placement stats r v.good that is the only reason i took this college. And also it is a growing college so in future hope it is also good in fests and cultural activities as well. Areas of improvement is the tecaher student interaction as the teachers and directors r not interested in what students do, so yaa that thing and also the fests they suck. At JSSATE, from second year trainings start and after that we have to give various mocks at the university. So, training is done proper and therefore placements automatically becomes easy for us. Around 70-75% students are placed through campus and in my words, placements are better than the rest.

My b.tech course fee is 57 k per year + university fee and if you opt for hostel it would cost for 55k per year it may increase year to year. But you get this college through Cuet or Uptac counselling process tution fees would be less.

Raw reality of Srmcem

I chose this college because my father suggested me although this college has good reputation in our parents eye but the child only knows the reality after getting into the college, i wanted to take admission in any of Noida college but there is some financial issues due to which i decided to take admission in lucknow only.
