As an aspiring entrepreneur, I aspired to get a thorough understanding of management, excellent oratory abilities, and personal growth. The training helped me improve my communication skills; the sessions were lively, and the industrial excursions added to the fun. Throughout one semester, there are six topics, and the total number of subjects in the year is twelve, which is quite challenging.

The college's placement and career possibilities are excellent. Many famous firms, such as Coca-Cola, Tata, Mother Dairy, Fortis, and others, come to school to recruit students by giving an attractive package and a bright future. Work placements and internships allow students to learn valuable skills, knowledge, and experience while also getting their first taste of working life. College administration is quite helpful in securing a job in a reputable firm.

This university charges 1.22 lakh for a two-year, full-time, on-campus MBA programme. In comparison to any other institution that charges a lot for the identical course, it is justifiable and affordable in my perspective. The cost structure is quite reasonable for all students, and those who are unable to pay fees are given scholarships. The college assists those pupils, studies the equipment, and charges a fee for all of the courses offered.

Monad provides excellent laboratory work and encourages students to use it as much as possible for projects and extracurricular activities. Several extracurricular events, such as cultural evenings, fests, trips, seminars, and so on, are organized throughout the year to promote a sense of oneness and belonging among students. Students enthusiastically participate in such activities. To be honest, I adored the campus because of the lush landscaping, the large auditorium halls where guest lectures were held, the practical lab, and the sports field. My classmates came from all across the country and were all extremely kind. Candidates who were found or accused of ragging were immediately kicked out of the college.
