Remarks

After completing my 12th standard I wanted to pursue BBA and while going through different colleges Sandip University was the primary choice for me. I had my mind made up for this college because of the quality of education that is provided. The interview process was smooth with the 12th standard marks that had to be shown with a round of personal interview.

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus of the course is both theoretical and practical with the teachers providing solid case materials for the course that are industry related. There are different industry visits that takes place which includes Bombay stock exchange with different management workshops held for students.

Placement Experience

Students can avail the placement after the 5th semester with multiple companies that approach the campus with the highest salary package was obtained at 12 lakh. University holds great tie up with companies like KPIT, Atos Syntel, Myphasis, HDFC, Amazon, Flipkart which is really very helpful.

Fee Structure And Facilities

College fee consist of the course fee and the library fee which sums around to 52000 with 5500 has to be paid for the uniform. There are different scholarships available in the college which is provided according to the basis of merit of the student. There is loan waiver for deserving candidates in the college.

Campus Life

Events like Independence Day, Holi and many more cultural events are held in the college with inter college sports events being held in the college. The labs, classrooms, libraries and auditorium are well-maintained and furnished with the latest technology equipment. There is Nations Service Scheme(NSS) and the National Cadet Corps(NCC) which is very active and they are very good to be a part to excel in the field.

Hostel Facilities

Per year fee for the hostel is 70,000 with 5,000 has to be paid for the security which is refundable after the student leaves the hostel. The hostel food is just amazing with the mess fee is included in the annual hostel fee with the food is healthy and tasty.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our college is strict to the curriculum mentioned in our course . They are truly focussing on building extra talented students from their college . Learning and teaching curriculum is vey much extraordinary . Curriculum prepares us very well and the students also are extra focussed towards their goal. Every student in this college are serious about their curriculum . Professor doesn't give marks to the students , I want this to improve . Their teaching methods and techniques are impressive but they don't give marks . The timing of exam is of 3hrs. like every exam . Difficulty level is high .

In this college the placement record is not good .very few companies reach the college and offer very low package like 2.5 lpa. So the college staff should arrange the placement cell. After completing the course you should try off campus

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is decent. For example, the courses in BCA are good, but you have to learn it and can not depend on the college to teach you as sometimes 1 module gets completed in one day and too many projects with assignments.

Top companies that visited Amity are Cisco, Flipkart, Airtel, Amazon, Accenture, Adani, Ford, HCL, Adobe, Tata Consultancy Services, PhonePe, Genpact, Wipro, Infosys, IBM, KPMG, Tata Technologies, Capgemini, Cognizant Amity claims that highest package is offered 1.2crore per annum, while the lowest package is around 3 lacs per annum As per the placements of 2022 the highest placement was offered 50Lpa by Amazon Amity claims that they have 100% placements Over 11000 placement opportunities were received during 2022 placements. Placement Experience:

The placement of college is average and the average package is 5 lps. Mostly sales company visit here and give the placement. The highest package was 10 lpa last year. In core branch the placement is quite low and most of the student prepared for gate examination from 2 year. I also prepared for gate and joining mtech programme in IIT. The percentage of placement is approx 60% . The company visit here for civil engineering is Ecospace private limited, Captain steel india, Patel engineering limited. For other branch, TCS, Anemo prime, technook etc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose bca because I want to gain knowledge about computer applications so bca is best for this. The faculty is totally helpful and understanding. They connect students in a friendly openly. The student ratio is good I think enough. 3 batches in one course. The teaching methods of the teachers are very nice. Their teaching style is brilliant. Qualifications of teachers are all Ph.D. or master's degrees in computer applications.

Placement Experience:

The placement is not so good but if you work hard about study then you will be selected for campus placement. Many companies visit here. 40 percentage students approx get placement. I have to clear competitive exams after it.

From last year students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like utkarsh small finance bank , Wipro visit our campus. In my batch , 20 student got placed.
