Remarks

The admission process was fairly simple, after getting a call for admission from the college, IMS Noida, we went in for counseling and filling the admission form, before which we have explained the course, BBA, and how the studies actually take place, we were told about the college and other courses it provides, the fee structure and how it's divided between the total duration of the course. After that, I went in for a talk with the counselor who was very easy to talk to and was again explained the course and the environment of the college itself.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose BBA after quite a long discussion and research, weighing all my options and marks. Because of the pandemic, the choices were affected, the choice of college was affected. The faculty at IMS Noida is very good and easy to understand, they have been there whenever the students needed them. Their teaching method is easy to understand and is very qualified. Again due to the pandemic, we were only able to give the first semester exams, which was according to the situation timely, for the second sem we were passed without exams, the third sem started just when it would have in a normal situation.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 111000 per year

Placement Experience

As per my knowledge, the placement was around 70% with packages ranging from 4 lakhs to 12 lakhs. Wipro was the top recruiter with HR and Auditing positions. My plan after my degree is getting into HR. Human Resources feels the most suitable option for me and that is what I am hping of getting into

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are on the higher side, but looking at all options, it was suitable for me and my family. I do not have any scholarships that I can talk about or financial assistance or jobs for that matter either

Campus Life

The campus life is pretty lively and everyone is friendly to everyone. There are regular events and competitions taking place to keep the students engaged. The library is stocked and open to students at all times. There are many different sports clubs like volleyball, football, table tennis, etc and cultural clubs like music, rockband, dance, etc.

Overall experience at Galgotias University

Likes

The campus life in Galgotias is appreciable with a lot of clubs, different events happening daily and the overall student culture.
There are dedicated labs for every department whether management or technical.
Practical learning and active classrooms make students ready for real world jobs.

Dislikes

Sometimes the timetable is not very likeable because of huge gaps between classes.
Different weak offs are not nice, i.e., the university is open all 7 days and there are classes on Saturday and Sunday as well.

Placement Experience:

Galgotias University has high placement rates with the placement rates for this year being 5500+ offered jobs. The highest package was 60LPA and average was 6LPA. There are a vast varities of companies which offer placement from technical background till management background.

I will appreciate the teachers support and hardwork for students
My environment of college is good that engage me and i can easily concentrate on my stufy
My more faculty are ugc net qualified and the comcept that they use in teaching are very amazing

Dislikes

I think they need some extra awarness in student for job and placement
They need to improve learning facilicities like smart board wifi
They dont have to change faculty for any subject early

1. The company come in my college for placement any year student can give interview 2. In last month the compqny jio,airtel,dominoz came for hiring students 3. The highest pqvkage of my college is 54 lakh and the average is 4 lakh

The Placement of our College is quite good just because the university open recently on year 2021. The Average Placement is 4,00,000 per annum. And Higher Placement is 8,00,000 per annum. There is many companies who visited in our college like Suzuki,Eefco, Reliance,etc

My college have a good infrastructure classrooms is also very spacious have a library
Regular activities also get conducted The college frequently organises workshops seminars and events
Very supportive and knowledgeable Faculty. Collage also give practical exposure and updated learning environment

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college are decent with many opportunities. Many big companies came to our campus like Decathlon, times now Placements packages of these companies were almost 4-5 lac. It mainly focuses on making students industry ready Also our colleges have a seprate Placement cell which handles all these placements In case of limited collage placement the collage still supports students by improving their employability thorough workshops internships and guidance

College for academic and growth

Likes

The facility are highly experienced and cooperative.
Regular organising of master classes, workshops, activities, etc.
Campus is well equipped with facilities like computer labs, seminar hall, etc.

Dislikes

No night life , focus is more on attendance and punctuality

Placement Experience:

The college has a dedicated training and placement office which provides excellent internships as well as placement opportunities. Various companies visits our campus like Amazon, Wipro, Times, etc generally around 85% of the students who opt for got placed. The average package varies from 5 to 6 lakhs. I have done various certification courses like life skills and personality development. The placement cell of my college is very active. Pooja Ma'am also takes regular workshops on Cv building. Our seniors were well placed by my college, and also praise the placement team of our college that helped them to reach their career goals and destinations. Pooja Ma'am personally guided me to build my CV atleast 5 times that made my profile academically suitable.

Exploring academics, campus life and professional growth: A student's perspective

Likes

I loved how faculties are friendly and supportive.
I like the overall environment of the students.
Opportunities for cultural fest technical events clubs and sports poster overall development and teamwork.

Dislikes

More one on one career guidance and support us required.
There are subjects are more theoretical with fewer hands on projects.
Labs could be improve for better learning experience.

The curriculum is academically and professionally relevant in the sense of academically core concepts. The syllabus integrates industry relevant scale the college also organises master classes. The college can include more case studies and life projects.

The office staff is very good and helps in every problem that is faced by a child and provides solution for that.
The teachers are supportive and helps students with great conceptual lectures.
The campus has a huge area and gymnasium and big grounds are available for physical fitness and games.

Dislikes

The toilets are not clean and it should be taken care of because it looks very unhygienic.
There are some students who come to college just for making the environment bad and also the College ID is not checked so anyone can enter the campus easily.
The fans and benches for students are very old and should be changed because it cause discomfort for the students.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester, the students are eligible for Placements. Wipro TATA INFOSYS Accenture ICICI bank Mahindra Are the some companies where studets gets placed. It think the highest package was 20 LPA and lowest package is 2.4 LPA. 25- 30 percent students are placed. My plan is to persue MBA after getting the BBA degree while doing a job.

Course Curriculum Overview:

BBA is the professional course which give you exposure to learn about corporate world so anyone who wanted to do business and work in corporate line can join. The faculty is also very good here all the faculty are holder of doctorate degree. The difficulty of term exam is not very hard if you have studied then can get pass very easily

I applied to galgotias university, Amity University, Bennett University, IMS gaziabad, DY Patil International University Pune and IMS Noida. IMS noida total review

Firstly i gave enterance exam of indraprastha university located in delhi . It is top rated university of delhi. I sit in enterance exam . Result are very late soo i decided to take admission in IMS noida because my elder brother studied in that college in designing course. College is quiet good.

Good aspects- As this college come under Top 10 BBA Colleges in Delhi NCR .and the fee of this college is not much higher as compared to other colleges and it's located in main city. The faculty of this colleges it's too good and other curriculum activities are also good.No RaggingBad aspects-College management is very bad. Infrastructure of this college is small. Placements are also not too good.
