Remarks

When I got to know about the business courses offered at Mody University, I realized that it offers a broad range of courses on the business and management stream. The various features of the courses offered in the School of Business of Mody University are industrial visits, internationally-recognized research works, foreign collaboration, project works, and other extra curriculum activities. These features attract me the most to choose this university. The 10+2 marks and personal interview both were part of the Selection process of the BBA (Logistics Management) program in the Mody Univesity.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I got the opportunity to learn from the finest faculties including researchers, research scholars, and Ph.D. holders, and B school graduates. We were evaluated throughout the year with so many surprise tests, case studies assignments, projects, dissertations class participation, and presentations. Through the midterm exam, internal evaluation, and end-term exam, students were evaluated. The syllabus was well structured according to the latest industry trends and demands. Out of the other three terms, the end-term evaluation was given the highest weightage of 50%. This three years undergraduate program covers the entire topics related to the logistics-related domains.

Placement Experience

3.5

The career development center (CDC) offers to all students after making registration with them. Students from all years are eligible to take part in the multiple selection processes. Some of the big business houses and multinationals that take part in the campus placement are IBM, Accenture, Infosys Technologies, Microsoft, HDFC banks, ICICI Bank, Capgemini, and so on. The highest salary packages offered by domestic and international recruiters are around 12 LPA and 50LPA, respectively. Several job profiles of data analysts, digital marketers, finance associates, assistant managers are offered in that job placement. I wanted to pursue MBA after my Undergraduate programme that is why I did not take part in the campus recruitment programme.

Fee Structure And Facilities

We had to pay Rs.1, 84,000 P.A in two installments of Rs. 112000 and Rs. 72000. At the time of admission, the total amount payable included the tuition fee, Admissions Processing Fee (One time nonrefundable), Caution money (One time nonrefundable), personal charges, career development fees. I received a scholarship in my second year by waiving 40% of the tuition fees because of my grades in CBSE. The centralized career development center (CDC) of Mody University had assisted us in developing our skills and made. The Career development centers organized industrial tie-up training programs to make us made us Industry ready. I did not participate in the campus recruitment program due to my plans to continue my education,

Campus Life

4.5

LE MEILLEUR is the annual department level fest, which is organized every year, as a part of the school of business I was the part of the Marketing club. The students of the school of business formed Different clubs like Kushi ·Finance club ·Social impact club. Some of my friends were active participants of the Samaj club, Leadership club, Uddepan club. SPIC MACAY club. There are a lot of journals and books in the central library which are helpful to the students of business school, so I spent a lot of time there. Our classrooms, drawing halls, and seminar rooms We had attractive classrooms, seminar rooms, and drawing rooms with projection screens, furnished furniture, blackboards, OHPs/LCD Projectors. I used to take part in music programs as several options of co-curriculum activities like drama, music. dance, debate, Indoors- outdoors games, Meditation, yoga, cookery, and several other activities were offered to us.

Placements in my collage are not very strong. A few companies visit, but the number is limited and the offer are also not very high . The average package is on the lower side and only a small number of students get placed through the campus. After completing my degree my plans is to continue improving my technical skills and apply for jobs outside the campus where the chances and salary packages are better.
