Remarks

Admissions are based on MHT CET score of candidates. Admissions are also granted on the basis of JEE Main scorecard, particularly to the other state candidates. For candidates belonging to Maharashtra, it is mandatory to appear for MHT CET. There is no age limit for admission and appearing to MHT CET.

It was very good enough for students there a large number of activities are done in our college we all do studies with that activities and so many trips are organized for the student's industrial visits are there.

There is a smart training and placement department which leads under our training and placement sir head in charge of that they personally groom and teach everyone. From the 7th semesters students are eligible for campus placements. Various MNCs namely TCS, CRANE FLOW PROCESS, KSB PUMPS, etc come to the college every year for placements

College offers campus placement on an average of 5 to 6 lakh per year. Not so good. Companies like MI Tech solution,Q-spider,Latent and many more have comed for placement.Had to try for off campus for better offer.This companies before my admission .I think in future companies with high package will come. Students can seat in campus placement from 5th to 6th semester.

REAL INSIGHTS OF RIZVI COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING

Course Curriculum Overview:

As this college is under mumbai university so this college cannot modify syallbus in their own the have to strictly follow the university prescribe syallbus,academic timelines,rules and norms of the mumbai university. I have taken the admission in this college in the year 2024 from this year the NEP-2020 was adopted by the every indian universities and instituites. Since NEP-2020 was adopted also by mumbai university some new subjects are added to the syallabus that are oriented to financial literacy,Entreprenuianl,indian laws related subjects the syallubus of this subject is very good to see in the syallabus pdf. But the ground reality is different this subject is not given much importance by faculties the are treated as not much important subject as their are not related to our course as a result the students also take these subjects lightly.Also the professors appointed for this subjects are not much good they appoint the faculties who are recent graduates of their college who are working now as a professor in the same college. The college treat this subject lectures as an practice for the fresh faculties to gain experience of how to teach students. The core subject syallbus is same not changed the mumbai university has just changed the name of the subject. The college professors just teach the subject but they do not teach in that way that it makes us ready for real world problems.And also in the first year all the subjects are common for all the branches of the engineering which consist of subject like physics,chemistry,mechanics,Basic electrical Electronics,Engineering Graphics. It is my opinion why should an student who is studying an course called Computer Engineering so why should i read the subjects of the other branches like civil,mechanical,electrical and electronics in my first year instead of my domain subjects for whole two semester and the timespan of almost an year

Dell, Oracle Tcs and many more such companies have visited the college The highest package is 50 lpa for MCA in computer science while the highest for B.TECH CSE is 44.14 lpa. Many good companies such as J.P. Morgan and Goldmann sachs have also come here for placements. The average package is 6lpa. Approximately from Computer science across 70 to 80 percent students are getting placed every year. After my B.tech Degree I would be pursuing my Masters degree from abroad.

I have applied for Dr. Daulatrao Aher College of Engineering, Karad but I choose this college ahead of that, because the frequency of placement offered was too less, and package offered was also below average, I got Rejection from Zeal Institute of Technology, Narhe, Pune because of my jee marks didn't met their cut-off, the admission process of my collage is very simple just have to take provisional admission before cap round and then have to select this college in cap round. The eligibility criteria for taking admission in my college is one should have more than 60% in HSC, should have good marks in MHT CET or JEE- Mains/JEE- Advanced and their PCM group should be fit in 12th.
