Remarks

I was selected as per the counseling criteria the stream which I chose was depending upon my state rank which I got in-state engineering exam. The minimum mark which I have to receive for the mechanical stream was below 4,000 and mine was 3,500.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am interested in machines and have the passion to work further in the technical stream. The exams were simple and it totally depends on student ability and skills. All the faculty were highly qualified and they possess a good level of knowledge and understanding.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 500000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The Jindal group and other local companies are invited where we have to clear all the necessary requirements which we have to fulfill all the criteria before selecting the students for selecting in the particular company.

Placement Experience

From the final year onwards students are eligible and only the selected companies were invited and tied up with limited Multinational companies. The companies required a minimum percentage like 60% and have to pass the written test and group discussion.

Fees and Financial Aid

At that time when I enrolled myself i.e in 2011 at that fees was normal every student can afford that but now it is slightly more than the previous academic year due to good infrastructure. OP Jindal scholarship depending upon the marks and grade.

Campus Life

The campus was very good and the mess, gym, and other facilities are very up to the mark specially the hostel and gym. Every year every kind of sports are conducted from different district level and also state level we also many prizes.

Hostel Facilities

The facility provided by the college for hostel room was very good and meal quality was also nice all were maintained in a better hygiene way and there was also good environment condition despite industrial area.

Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for sitting in placements when they reach 7th semester, placements here are pretty decent having most offers for Computer Science and similar branches. But they also provide placements for Hardware branches as well. Average package goes up to 6 lakh per annum and highest package in 2024 raised to 22 lakh per annum.

OPJU - Development while making great memories

CG-PET exam cutoff is accepted in the college. I applied for other colleges through CUET exam and jee exam. I was not able to clear jee and after that this was the best option . A college with affordable fees and decent avg. Package.
