CAT- 78.62 percentile. Gitam University has been one among the leaders in the education industry from past 20 years. My friends are alumna of the same institute and a positive feedback was given to me.

The course curriculum in divided into three trimesters per year which includes eight subjects per trimester. Out of the eight subjects six are mandatory and two are electives that can chosen by the students based on their interests. A summer internship program succeeds the third trimester where students are exposed to the real-time experience of being a part of the organisation and analyzing its working.

Karvy, Cogent and Hackett are the major companies providing internships to the students. Rs.10000-20000 is the amount of stipend received by the students.

The placement opportunities are vast and unending. More than 80% of the students are been placed every year in various companies like Deloitte, Tech Mahindra, Aditya Birla, Tata Capital, Nestle, Waytoonline, Vodafone, Naukri, Vivo and Rane group, Apollo, Bajaj Capital and Cogent with a package ranging between Rs.400000-600000.

An amalgamation of cultural, technical, sports and social responsibility events. "Joy of Giving" is a flag-ship event conducted every year on Children's Day, where orphan children are invited to college and their basic requirements are addressed as small token of gift. The whole day is filled with fun and games where children take part enthusiastically.

The fee structure is feasible and additional scholarship is sanctioned to students based on their performance in the qualifying exams. The fee structure is inclusive of books, blazer and lockers for students. The amount is to be paid in five installments where initially a token amount is to be paid for confirmation of admission and then the rest is broken down equally.

The college offers scholarship to every student who qualifies in the entrance test and takes admission. The amount sanctioned depends on the performance of the candidate in all the rounds of interview.

Extra-curricular activities are given reasonable importance and every week a session is provided for the students to play the games they are interested in. a separate sports room is provided for the same. Table tennis tables and even indoor games like caroms, chess etc are also available. Every classroom has an equal number of boys and girls who hail from various cities and stated of the nation.

The hostel provides great ambiance to the students. The rooms are well ventilated and well-lit with 4 beds in each room.Well-equipped gym is also available for fitness conscious people. the security system is good and meets the standards, The hostel is closely monitored by the cc cameras and the entry is restricted to only students who show up their identity cards.

Many of my friends are from the alumna and have always given a positive feedback about the college. This feedback has been very useful in choosing the college as well as the stream that you would like to advent in.

The Exam structure is well organized such that students are not over-burdened. The trimester system enables the students to pen down all their learning immediately after the completion of the course. The Exam structure is divided into two where 40 marks are allocated for internal assessment via. quiz, internal examinations, presentations and classroom participation. The rest 60 marks are allocated to the final examination.

Faculty forms the backbone of any institution and we are privileged to have few of the best faculty available in teaching industry. Every student is given special attention and mentored regularly. Teaching standards are good and the amount of information provided in the form of case studies and classroom activities is remarkable.
