Remarks

My admission process was through an exam call aktu ie. Abdul kalam technical university I directly went to this College without comparing it with other colleges as I want college in my home town and this was the best college amongst the rest of the colleges here. There is no minimum marking for the marks by your marks you are alloted different colleges under aktu

Course Curriculum Overview

From class 10 I wanted to study engineering so I straight away go for it Faculties are nice The student ratio is around 1:6 The teaching method is very bad There is two-semester in a year ie. In 6 months there is an exam

I am in my second year so I don't know much about it but last semester i opt for an internship in machine learning Project is assigned after 3rd year But still i worked for a tech project and went for its trial to IIT bhu and got second prize that was a very nice experience

After the 7th sem we are eligible for campus placement. Companies like Cisco tata Wipro recruit from our college. The highest package of last yeat was 28 lakh From IT branch My plans are for Mtech From any iit

College increase its price every year but this time due to pandemic they gave some discount on overall fees You. Can get a discount if you have any Kind of quota. I am in btech so i don't get any kind of stipend

Campus Life

There is an annual fest call abhivyakti And a very nice tech fest called gantavya is generally conducted in the month of November The library is good but the timing is not according to student convince. It has a basketball court and many clubs like music club tech clubs

3rd to 4th year students are eligible for campus placement . companies name microsoft,TCS,WIPRO,HCL,colagate, etc are of some and they give hich to high packages. shruti owmer get the package of 49 lakhs ,microsoft give this offer to her . about 20 percent students are getting jobs from here according to there capabilty. my plan is to get degree and work in japan as AI engineer.

Jaypee is good enough when compared to other private colleges.

Placement Experience:

If the CPGA is good and have good skills then campus placement is almost confirm, but in recent situation even campus placement has become hard. Mass hiring companies with 3.6lpa are becoming more prominent. 90% sitiing in placement are placed and average is 9 lpa for CSE but lower for other courses. If unplaced then I will apply off campus while studying for GATE.

Official Curriculum: Good What was actually taught: Just horrible We were taught pre-ANSI C in the first year We were taught outdated DOM APIs in WebDev classes that were deprecated and strongly recommended against We were taught Java 1.8 instead of modern Java and a lot of times the teachers insisted that the syntax I used was incorrect even when the code was compiling and running in front of their very own eyes with the same syntax in place.

Course Curriculum Overview:

IIITL placement stats r v.good that is the only reason i took this college. And also it is a growing college so in future hope it is also good in fests and cultural activities as well. Areas of improvement is the tecaher student interaction as the teachers and directors r not interested in what students do, so yaa that thing and also the fests they suck. At JSSATE, from second year trainings start and after that we have to give various mocks at the university. So, training is done proper and therefore placements automatically becomes easy for us. Around 70-75% students are placed through campus and in my words, placements are better than the rest.

My b.tech course fee is 57 k per year + university fee and if you opt for hostel it would cost for 55k per year it may increase year to year. But you get this college through Cuet or Uptac counselling process tution fees would be less.

Raw reality of Srmcem

I chose this college because my father suggested me although this college has good reputation in our parents eye but the child only knows the reality after getting into the college, i wanted to take admission in any of Noida college but there is some financial issues due to which i decided to take admission in lucknow only.
